On my first drive home, the check engine light came on, which would be the beginning of numerous issues. Working with Kyle and John was frustrating; they were unpleasant, unhelpful, and dismissive. I’ve had to spend thousands on repairs for problems that should have been disclosed before the sale. I strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for your next car. It was a costly mistake, and I hope others can avoid the same experience. More

Purchased a volvo S80 2009 over a month ago being a gentleman by paying full price and no negotiation. Since i have purchased it. It has been more with them than with me. Check engine light comes on af gentleman by paying full price and no negotiation. Since i have purchased it. It has been more with them than with me. Check engine light comes on after 50-60 miles. I take it to them they keep it for 10 days. No one even cares to call and let me know what going on. When i try to reach them most of the time i get placed on hold and the call ends. They change a few parts and get it going. When i go to receive the car the front bumper was lose from top. Now to be noted Kyle is a funny man. He was all good while doing sales and said he will make sure everything is good before he hands over the car to me. But after making full payments he switched completely. I bring the point forward that the front bumper is lose and when i open the hood all the pins to hold it are missing. And when i ask them to fix it he had to audacity to say ive sold you a used car why dont you go buy them and put them in. What if the bumper falls of while im driving. How careless and stingy can you be? Thats what pissed me off. But Cynthia the service manager is nice she tried to help me out a lot. But now after driving another 55 miles check engine light comes on. Tired of all this i purchase my own OBD2 reader and started monitoring it. Turns out to be error code P0128. Engine is not reaching optimum temp in desired amount time. I call them and they said theyve done their best and dont know what to do. Suggested me to take it to another experienced mechanic on my own expense. Eventually i didnt know what to do. So i just took it to the volvo dealership. $195 for diagnosis. They said i will have to spend 2700 for fixing the P0128 error. Radiator fan , radiator module, water pump, thermostat and ECT sensor and few other things need to be changed. Also they said that the windshield is loose. Now i know when im on high speeds i can hear the wind so loud. I wonder how they passed the cars inspection before handing it over to me finally. Plus the volvo dealership gave me another estimate of $10000 for other random things that need to be changed soon. Engine mounts, cracked serpentine belt and the list goes on. I feel like i have been scammed and been sold a car thats worth 2000 for 7500. I think they have been just clearing all the engine error codes before handing me over the car each time i went back to them. Wasted so much of time going back and forth. More
We purchased a used Subaru Forester with about 100K miles. Title history was great and Nick was a nice guy to work with. I had to bring the car back 2 times before 30 days with same issues. Fist tim miles. Title history was great and Nick was a nice guy to work with. I had to bring the car back 2 times before 30 days with same issues. Fist time they were nice enough to not charge us, since we could not even get it inspected with the problem. Second time, the service manager said, "there's almost 2 K miles since purchase, 500 of which were driving it home and back there 2 times. Same thing happened and my husband spoke to the service manager who initially told him car was ok to drive but eventually would need a tune up. Well, brought it back and had the tune up done as the car was driving terribly after 4 weeks. But that's not all... we had the oil changed on the day we purchased it and less than 3 thousand miles after, my son had to stop driving it when he was out because it was making a "terrible noise". Which we then found out there was ZERO oil in the engine and the motor was shot. So first, when we bought it we were told the service department did a FULL inspection and it was good to go. This could not have been true as most engines don't fail < 115000 miles. And if there was a FULL inspection, why did 3 things happen in less than 2 months totaling $2900 in repairs as we have had to replace the ENTIRE engine. So as nice as the sales department is; I'd seriously question they're ability to ensure a safe, fully inspected vehicle. Worst experience we've ever had buying a vehicle. I called the manager 2 times and never heard back. Not the way to run a business. More
From my first contact to the car in my driveway, I have no complaints and I bought this car over the internet. I asked about a 2012 Hyundai (ended up with a 2013) thru cars.com on a Sunday morning & got a response back from John at Pro-Sport motors an hour or so later. I was impressed. They aren't open on Sunday. Our first conversation to our last was always customer oriented. I asked for some extra pics & John says why don't we just put it up in the air & we'll facetime. We'll show you whatever you want to see and we can answer any questions you have. Works for me. I worked with 3 different reps while buying this car and all 3 knew their stuff. This will be my daughters campus car. She's happy with the car. I know she will be driving a safe car so I'm happy. Yes I will certainly recommend Pro-Sport motors to friends and family. A big Thank You to the pro-sports team. Mike H. More

I had shown interest in two vehicles because they were priced competitively, which brought me to the dealership in person. One vehicle's price was suddenly raised online after I expressed interest, an additional $1,100 from its original listing on cars.com. I questioned them. Eventually, the sales manager John told me I could buy the car for the original price, but he couldn't move on it. He said, "yes or no." I said yes. Deal done supposedly. My salesperson said to complete a credit app and then he inputted my information into their system. He said it would take a bit, so at his urging, I decided to leave the dealership, awaiting a return call about financing. No call came, even after I followed up a couple of hours later. The salesperson and manager "stepped out." The next day I called again, and surprise surprise, the car on which we had a deal had been sold. What are the chances it was sold at a higher price? Again, stay away from this place. From the beginning, this place lacked responsiveness and my trust sensor was on high alert. Beware of this place. More
