UNSURPASSED TEAM SERVICE UNBELIEVABLE RESULT and SECOND-TO-NONE TEAM .....First and foremost, it goes without saying that most all feedbacks to sellers of any products init UNBELIEVABLE RESULT and SECOND-TO-NONE TEAM .....First and foremost, it goes without saying that most all feedbacks to sellers of any products initiated by the buyers are almost always negative. This feedback however, is one of UNSURPASSED SATISFACTION and one of PRAISE for the PROVEN Priority Toyota TEAM I worked with, which was led by Sales Manager TOM HARMON !!!!! From the moment I was greeted by a Top-Notch Salesman named JOE and my immediate introduction to TOM with his solid handshake, it became immediately apparent to me that PROFESSIONALISM exuded by all was the norm and that they were going to do all they could to accommodate my needs. After JOE listened to me, we ultimately found the car I was looking for to fill all my needs and wants ..... a 2015 Avalon. JOE was polite, personable, respectfully and patient AND, more importantly, extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of the car and its technology and JOE serviced me with an attitude of ZERO pressure during the entire process. Once I selected my new vehicle, I was then introduced to VANESSA from Delivery, who came and sat with me so I did not have to be shuffled off to another space. She too was extremely professional, personable, and presented an extremely comfortable presence as she reviewed the details of all the extra's I might considered to ensure my new car would last well beyond my 72 mo./6-yr warranty period. VANESSA was spectacular and even followed up 2-days later to ensure all was well with my new vehicle and the scheduling for my deliverables. I then met MICHELLE, who is one of the new Finance Managers at their Chesapeake dealership! She too was spectacular and made an otherwise sensitive process for anyone a surprising pleasure! All I can say is THANK YOU TOM, JOE, VANESSA and MICHELLE for making the entire process a surprising pleasure instead of what could have been considered a "have-to-go-thru-the-process" burden! While waiting I started looking at new vehicles with Mr. Boh"s after looking a a few I asked for an out the door price on a Corolla I liked. The price quoted was about $2000 below my expectation. Couldn't have been happier and purchased it that day. More
Humiliating and Embarrassing Experience To say I am upset would be the most underestimated statement I could make. I am an Unemployable Disabled Veteran meaning I can't work again. While applying for financing I made sure that this dealership understood my situation. When I became disabled my credit suffered because I could not work or hold a job but I have starting rectifying this problem. The Sales department was friendly enough and said they could help me. Well they did, they told me they could put me into a New Camry for 540.00 a month. Me and my wife discussed this and found this to be to high a payment for this vehicle. The Company called me back and I spoke with the Internet sales rep and told him this was to high and we had decided not to buy, but the internet sales rep told me we will work with you and get you into a vehicle to fit your budget, great, I thought. I went in on Memorial Day Weekend, I found my sales rep and we started talking, I told him about the conversation with the company I had but the Sales rep told me the approval was based on me buying a New Camry at 540.00 dollars a month and 1000.00 down. The sales rep had just told me this is the car the bank said you will buy and this is the price you will pay. I could not believe it, I was just told they would work with me and now they are telling me we have decided that this is the car you will buy and this is how much you will pay. They were choosing the car and the payments without any consideration whatsoever to my situation and what I would like. I am extremely upset with this and I hope others who may have had similar will voice it. I cannot in good faith recommend this company. More
