We went in this past weekend to purchase a CPO Mazda which we had seen and were working with Trent. Trent was great at his customer service skills and we told them exactly what we were looking for. The Sales Manager "T" had stepped in as well and was very courteous and polite, which we appreciated. We explained to them the term we were looking for, the APR that we anticipated and what we would be placing as a down payment. Everything was great until the GM came. While I did not get their name, it was a very uncomfortable conversation and made us want to look elsewhere. It came to a point where they asked "what are you trying to accomplish today", which we told both Trent and T previously. At the end, the GM just tossed the worksheet which was created for us on Trent's desk (to me, this was insulting) and walked away, not to mention what we had perceived as speaking behind our backs on the way out. Needless to say, we went to another Mazda dealership where we received respect from the entire team there, even after closing hours. More

I had a serious corrosion problem with the exhaust and muffler system on my car that I purchased from Priority just one year ago. I reached out out to Tony, sharing photos of the issue. The customer service he and his team provided is none I've ever experienced with a dealership (or most businesses these days)!! Thank you, Tony, Donna and the service department!
