WARNING Do NOT believe Positive Reviews here and on car.com Friendly at first but can turn very unprofessional if you do not agree to their sales price (which is way ABOVE Nada/KBB) AND/OR will low ball you for Friendly at first but can turn very unprofessional if you do not agree to their sales price (which is way ABOVE Nada/KBB) AND/OR will low ball you for your trade in at 50% of the Nada/KBB. Warranty sales pitch would be whittled DOWN to next to nothing by the time you are ready to make a deal. And if you do run into a problem within the first few days, they will hmmm and haw, not return your calls or forget to call back as promised. Will not honor first free service promised at time of sale. NEVER EVER do i plan to go back to them. More

I got a 2013 challenger and i was able to negotiate the price. Also was able to negotiate my trade in price.. I was amazed at how fast i got what i needed on prices for both vehicles. I truly felt like i received a great deal and it was my first time at the dealership.. So to Mike and Patrick and and the 3 owners that i met while i was there and made me and my family feel so welcomed and satisfied with my purchase.. Id just like to say THANK YOU..... Disappointed with experience, Avoid at all costs So I don't usually write reviews on the internet but I felt it important to warn people about this dealership so nobody waste their time. My wife and So I don't usually write reviews on the internet but I felt it important to warn people about this dealership so nobody waste their time. My wife and I found a vehicle there that we liked but they wanted $1000 over NADA and they tried to low ball our trade in so we walked away. When we got a call a couple days later from the high pressure sales manager named Mike he was confident he could get more for our trade in and lowered the price of the vehicle we wanted to NADA value. He assured that it would only take 20 minutes and after two hours sitting there magically he couldn't remember lowering the price and still was low balling our trade in over a 1000 less than suggested trade in value. When he realized I wasn't going to buy they became totally unprofessional. So all in all I spent about 6 hours of my life there that I will never get back, just hope this stops someone else from going through what happened to us. More
Typical salesman tactics I was promised over and over again, that if I signed here, that all my complaints on the car would be taken care of by their service department for at I was promised over and over again, that if I signed here, that all my complaints on the car would be taken care of by their service department for at least 3 months. Of course after making several attempts by calling and having the remaining problems fixed (I fixed 2 myself), I couldn't get anyone to return my calls. It took me showing up for a week and a half before they took me seriously. So at that point they had to come up with every reason not to. After calling out the salesman Todd, he denied ever saying anything of the sort. Terrible experience, forced into the finance office before the total numbers were even decided. Regurgitated salespeople and tactics from Mel Hamilton Ford. More
