My experience with Rick Woodson Honda was a very positive experience. My plans to purchase a car were speeded up when I saw the EXACT ONE FOR ME sitting there. Our salesman, Bill Sizemore, was very patient with my wanting to find just THE CAR and was so nice when I would say "I don't like this or I don't like that. As my husband and I were ready to leave to go home, Bill said he had one more car that I had not seen and I may like it. THERE IT WAS!!! THE ONE for me...the most beautiful white Honda EX-L with leather seats and so many extras that I immediately fell in love with it. My last car was a 1996 Honda Accord LX that I had for 12 years. I had planned to keep it for a number of more years but my new car is a gift from my husband for our 40th wedding anniversary so I had to part ways with my 1996 Accord which sold in 2 days of being advertised!!! My experience with my 1996 Accord was so positive that I will never own anything but a Honda. Oh..also when I left I had our salesman's phone number just incase I should have any questions..sure enough..I had one today and he was again, most helpful. Thanks Rick Woodson Honda for making this such a wonderful experience. More
I have bought three vehicles from George Henry. He always listens and comes up with just the right choice for me. The last purchase was a Honda. After a phone call to George, telling him of my need f always listens and comes up with just the right choice for me. The last purchase was a Honda. After a phone call to George, telling him of my need for a trade, he found the car on the lot for me. I test drove only this one which I purchased. If George had not moved to the Honda dealership, I probably would not be driving a Honda today. I am glad that he did because this car is the best one that I have ever owned. So far,my experiences with this dealership have all been positive. Let me add that I am an older woman who can rely on the honesty of this salesperson who puts my needs first. More
We purchased two used cars in two weeks for my two daughters. There was a considerable difference in the customer service that we received from Mr.Henry compared to that of the other dealership. Dealing with George Henry in the purchase of my used 2007 Element was one of the most low pressure, easy car purchases I have ever made. He is highly knowledgeable and very good at his job. I needed a new van. George was very helpful, found me what I was looking for. All I had to do was show up, take a look, and sign the papers (which were already in order and waiting for me). From the moment my wife and I walked on the lot we were greeted and waited on like old friends. Charlie was helpful, knowledgeable, and very nice. he listened to what we wanted and was able to give us the greeted and waited on like old friends. Charlie deserves a raise! I also worked with Tom and a few other employees who were always willing and happy to help with any questions or things we needed. I would recommend Rick Woodson Honda to anyone looking for a new or used car. We will be purchasing our next car or truck from them. I could not be happier. Dan Lucas More
I purchased my Honda Element a 2008 from a used car dealer. I was the second retail owner. I had the door visors, an arm rest added and seat covers installed on the rear seats. The service and quality of work at this dealership is outstanding. I will take my Element there for all maintenance and will probably buy my next new car off of them. More
I received a service bulletin from Honda stating that if the SRS light on the indicator panel is on, that I could bring my car in and have it inspected at NO cost, and if the affected area was covered under the SRS light on the indicator panel is on, that I could bring my car in and have it inspected at NO cost, and if the affected area was covered under the extended warranty, that it would also be replaced a no cost. Unfortunately, Rick Woodson Honda would not honor the free inspection. The letter from Honda Motors states: "If the red supplemental restraint system (SRS) indicator on the instrument panel stays on, take your vehicle to any Honda dealer for an inspection.... The inspection is also free of charge, even if there is not a problem with the OPDS control unit or the OPDS sensor and your vehicle is within the extended warranty time/mileage period" - Service Bulletin 06-009 pg. 7 dated Feb 5, 2008. However, Rick Woodson Honda stated that they will only cover the cost of the $80 inspection, if the inspection turned up a problem with the control unit or sensor. This came from not only the service associates, but the service manager "Todd" as well. Of course, there is no way of knowing what's wrong with the car until after the inspection, but that's beside the point. Regardless, Rick Woodson Honda would not honor Honda Corporations offer to a free inspection no matter what the inspection outcome is. In conclusion, Honda Corporation felt they did not have the time to police the Dealer's who's selling their product, reciting that the Dealership's are independently owned. Overall Very Unsatisfied.
