I have had good experience with Rick Woodson Honda during the purchase of four vehicles for personal and my business use over the last couple years. The reason we started dealing with Woodson in the begining was our past experience with Mr Pugh from a previous car dealership. Rarely do you find customer service oriented sales reps like Charlie. When I need a particular type vehicle I just call him and if he dosent have it he will find it at another dealer and saves me a bunch of time and hassle. Only problem with Charlie is he dosent budge much on price, but I figure his time is valuable also. He has brought vehicles to my office and in the past most of paperwork as well and that is a big help. Also the others in Woodsons business office have been helpful and pleasant to work with, As with Charlies previous employer the dealership is only as good as the people on the floor.
