Priority for is my choice of car dealerships. New car sales are amazing. I will go back there and have been going there since 1998. However, something has happened in the service department not the service riders problem but within scheduling. I was scheduled for an 8:30 AM appointment. Had my vehicle there the night before. I was scheduled for a recall, inspection a state inspection and an oil change. Remember my appointment is at 8:30 AM. By 3 o’clock in the afternoon I went to check on it as I was close by vehicle was not even brought in yet not only not brought in but now I can’t pick it up until the next day. To make matters worse the service manager tells me that unfortunately they don’t even have a vehicle for me to take home. Now you can’t tell me that my vehicle which had been there the day before was not first in line the next morning as they don’t make appointments For state inspections, remember it was there at 4 o’clock the day before this is not how the service department used to run and I believe that is totally unacceptable. This is enough to send a customer new car customer to another dealership. Your new cars are only as good as your service. Never mind aren’t you the service writer was amazing. There’s nothing he could do but I do believe this is the service managers issue. If you have an appointment at the doctor at 8:30 and you go in and Dr says we can’t see you till tomorrow. how would you feel. I was genuinely pissed. If by the next time I take my vehicle in for service, the service department is not up to par. I will take my business elsewhere. More
