Fred, it was you I talked to, it was you that said you were sorry you didn’t even have a vehicle for me to take home. As the service manager, you should’ve made sure somebody that was there the night before was in line the next morning first. I don’t think calling you to talk about it would do any good as talking to you at the dealership didn’t do any good. I can tell you this the next time I bring my Bronco in and this happens again I will buy my vehicles from a different dealership. you need to up your game if you want to be a priority dealership. Priority as a definition would mean somebody being important that day. I did not feel like a priority customer.
