If you are from NC, do not purchase a vehicle at Priority Ford Norfolk. I purchased a new Ford from them December 9th. I still do not have my Title. My insurance has not been registered to the NC Department Ford Norfolk. I purchased a new Ford from them December 9th. I still do not have my Title. My insurance has not been registered to the NC Department DMV Liability Insurance. I do not have my tags transferred. Now I am receiving letters from NC DMV Liability Insurance about my trade in vehicle not having insurance. This whole sales process has been very bad. They have 28 days to do this, and we are past that. This rating system asked me to rate employees. The people I met are not listed. More
recall on my ford escape needed entire driver side door replaced. 1st trip to dealership was at the end of June! I was told my door had been ordered. I began to just communicate with the service manager because i had so many issues, he told me he would be my point of contact. He called me in September to tell me my door should come in mid October! I have left 2 voicemails that are not being returned. My door will not stay opened on its own which causes a safety issue and it sounds like it will fall off. I am beyond disappointed now I am just angry. This is unacceptable. More

Great team at priority Ford! I love my new Ford and the staff, salesman and administrative folks were great. I also had great service after I bought my car for paint coating and I love my new Ford and the staff, salesman and administrative folks were great.
