Travis was very patient, kind, knowledgeable, had a sense of humor and overall a wonderful individual. Though I was not sure what I wanted, he was extremely patient and he made me feel like he was one of my own family members going through the experience with me. He made it very easy for me to make the decision on one of the three vehicles I was considering. I also met some of the others like David R. Jones - General Manager, Meghan McHenry - Delivery Coordinator Manager, Jeffery D. Pelfrey - Sales Manager and others who were so wonderful, attentive, caring that I did not feel like I was with a bunch of strangers, but with friends. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and they just made everything so easy that I got through the paperwork much quicker than I expected. I was quite surprised.
