1st and only stop I was in the market for a new truck. I had my 5 year old daughter with me and she spent time talking to her and helped to entertain her through out the process. We looked at two different trucks that included all my needs and within my budget. At no point did the sales process seem pushy and over bearing. I decided on a pre-owned 2017 GMC. When I got home I noticed that one of the features listed on the sticker were not actually on the truck. I called to see if I was overlooking something but turns out the truck didn’t actually have it. Michelle immediately apologized and got to work with the service team to see about correcting the issue. I have an appointment scheduled to install it and I couldn’t be happier with the dealership. To anyone looking to get a new or used car this is the best dealership to visit. (Speaking from experience as I purchased my wife a car from another local dealer 3 months ago and the experience was no where close to this one!) I have already shared my great experience with my team and will continue to talk about this experience. More

Very disappointing I bought a used certified Chevrolet that leaks oil from the rack and pinion and the oil pan ( leaked from day one). They gave me an inspection report I bought a used certified Chevrolet that leaks oil from the rack and pinion and the oil pan ( leaked from day one). They gave me an inspection report sheet that was checked off as OK in all the boxes/ should have a box to check off that says OK IT LEAKS!! Maryland inspection requires no leaks. Better check your checkers!! The employees were very nice but when you buy a Certified Chevrolet you should not expect to have to repair them before you get it home.. Shame on GM for letting this go on!! More
