Buyers Review Upon arrival I was greeted by a young salesman. I had already known what I was buying and as long as they hit the purchase price I would buy from Pri Upon arrival I was greeted by a young salesman. There were some minor paint issues that they are taking care of as the vehicle is new but sat for a while so some blemishes are to be expected. They are incredibly responsive and are taking care of everything in an acceptable timeframe. More
Exhausting experience but good deal Went to the dealership which is now Priority Chevrolet when they opened at 9 a.m. on a Saturday. Did not leave the dealership until 7 p.m. This was not due to my credit or anything because I was already approved. They pretty much took their time with getting me the best price on the vehicle. My salesman Korbie who was from Priority Nissan across the street is who sold me the vehicle. He was not knowledgeable about the vehicle. The vehicle purchased was a certified pre-owned Yukon. This led me to believe that everything on the vehicle was inspected and working as it should. The 110V outlet was discovered not working after about 3 days of ownership. Took it back to the dealership and my SUV has been in the shop for about 5 days to include the weekend with no resolution at the time of this review. This is unacceptable in my opinion. On a positive note the dealership did give us a 2018 Traverse Premier to ride around in until it gets fixed and the purchase price was decent. My wife is pretty pissed that she only got to drive the car for a few days and then it be taken back to get fixed. Only reason I wouldn't recommend coming here is because of the sales experience. It does not take a full day to negotiate a deal with a customer, nor does it take forever to get approval numbers with a decent credit score. Made another purchase at a different location a week later and it took 2 hours in total from start to finish. More

My profession is sales, so I am extra critical when it comes to customer service. I don't normally post comments, but I felt Mary's comments were unfair and not a good representation of the normal experience! We are also a military family, and they have made me feel like we have lived in the community for years by treating us like family. I can't say enough great things about Hutchens Chevrolet! Mary, I hope you visit the showroom and speak with management. I can't imagine they would have been dismissive about any concerns brought to their attention. More
