He went the extra mile to get me out of the vehicle I was unhappy with. The sales manager could have chosen his words a little better when speaking to a customer. He also wasn’t very knowledgeable about automobiles. Finance wasn’t a horrible experience but I signed paperwork for a set financing agreement and was called back later to be told that the terms and payment amount had changed costing me more money in the end. I have had to bring the vehicle into service twice in the one week I have owned it and the service department is always helpful and polite. More

Although not in their inventory they found it 200 mi. away at a trading partner dealership and had it on site in two days. The other dealerships I dealt with either could not or would not expend the extra effort. They also kept the price within the budgetary parameters I had set for this purchase!
