Exceptional from test drive to drive off Finest car buying experience I have ever had. Called dealership with short notice to do an overnight on the vehicle over 45 minutes away. No issues to take for the evening. Staff was very friendly. No high pressure sales pitch. Negotiation for vehicle was very pleasant. Very fair pricing on vehicle and protection packages. Very timely to have all paperwork done. Entire staff from Destiny, Jeff, Meghan did a superb job. Picked up vehicle a week later. Were able to drive our old vehicle for the week. New vehicle was in excellent condition upon arrival for pick up. I can actually say I had fun purchasing this car. Well done to the team in Newport News. Thanks from all of us in Chesapeake. More
Service department tried to pull a fast one during state ins Service department left me waiting 2 hours to tell me car failed inspection due to a 1/4 inch "tear" on wiper blade. Wiper blades were fine when I arr Service department left me waiting 2 hours to tell me car failed inspection due to a 1/4 inch "tear" on wiper blade. Wiper blades were fine when I arrived at dealership. Service dept held my car hostage to "fail" inspection instead of allowing me to take it to another inspection place. It is my belief that inspector at priority ripped the wiper blade in order to force me to purchase wiper blades from Priority in order to pass inspection. I will never bring my vehicle to Priority again. More

I came in with my 6 month old son and spent most of the day and they were such a delight with my son. They were super respectful about letting me use a room to feed my son. I bought a truck and y’all couldn’t deliver my husband & I bought a truck from y’all that was supposed to be delivered Thursday then Friday, then Saturday, then you promised by end of Monday so my husband & I bought a truck from y’all that was supposed to be delivered Thursday then Friday, then Saturday, then you promised by end of Monday so we bought it on Saturday then had to re do paperwork on Monday night. Patrick said Saturday if he had to send someone he would to pick it up but Monday he never did. We stayed late for 6 hours did all the paperwork he promised it would be there by noon Tuesday & still nothing then at 10 am Tuesday he just sent someone to go pick it up on Tuesday. My husband went up there and talked to another gentlemen and pretty much they didn’t care we were upset. All the time energy credit inquiries all was for nothing. They said they got so many inquiries online on this truck he didn’t care we weren’t going to buy it. Even though we already did all the paperwork . He said we already have someone else that wants to buy it. But at this point we already bought it... so why was it still on the website if we bought it and he said he took it down. So priority manager didn’t care at all we were upset or didn’t care about anything. Brent was an awesome guy and very patient dealing with how rude Patrick was to him when he presenting our offer. He was loud so everyone could hear. I would be embarrassed to work under him and the way Patrick talked to 1- employees but 2- paying customer ! We haven’t bought a 42k $ truck and was really excited and we are so disappointed and will pass along the terrible service we had to anyone we know that is interested in buying a car. 1- don’t promise things you could promise 2- don’t offer a truck to buy until its there. 3- don’t be a jerk to your employees or customers 4- don’t make people feel like there less than. The trucking company called and was so polite and embarrassed what we went through and was apologetic even though it wasn’t him and the trucking company’s fault we already had to leave for our trip late. Patrick said the trucking company will deliver by the end on Monday Afterhours and all they needed to do was to inspect the truck and we could pick up the keys no later than noon Tuesday. We agreed and now left late for our vacation for no reason at all. The manager should not have promised things he couldn’t deliver and follow through. He knew that truck wasn’t there Tuesday morning so why didn’t we get a phone call? Thanks for nothing. More
