Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to bring your review to our full attention! After speaking with our General Service Manager, we understand that she spoke with you on this matter and informed you that the law itself states that we are NOT able to allow you to leave without a rejection sticker on your vehicle after we have performed a state inspection. The law also states that a torn wiper blade will have your vehicle fail inspection (even if it is still clearing the windshield). With that being said, as a business that prides itself on quality customer service, as well as one that truly believes that customers are family, we have to deny your claims. Our team would never rip, tear or abuse a vehicle so we could turn a profit. Considering that today is the very last day of the month, numerous customers are in for their state inspection. Unfortunately, we do not make appointments for this service, as it is first come first serve. This is the only reason why your wait was this long and for that we do apologize - we understand that your time is valuable. We wish you the best, Priority Chevrolet Newport News

We were extremely concerned to read your review and immediately reached out to upper management to learn more about your time with our team. After speaking with our Sales Manager, we understand that on the day that you purchased your truck, you were told that it was a one of a kind custom truck that was in transit, but we were having issues with the trucking company delivering it to you on schedule. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed three different times and for that we are extremely sorry. We communicated each time this occurred. Per our knowledge, you never gave us $42,000 at any time. You did sign a contract, but no deposit in any form was taken. On Monday eve, our Sales Manager, Patrick Yerigan spoke on the phone with you and understood your frustration and you let us know that you didnt want the truck anymore. We informed you that we would happily rescind the sale and void the sale documents. In turn, you stated that you wanted to come to the dealership a discuss face-to-face. When you and your wife arrived, we explained that the transport company told us at 11AM that day that the truck would arrive by the end of the day. WE even told you that we would expedite the truck through the shop to get it state inspected so you could take it on your vacation. You were also told that if there was any unforeseen delay, we would give you a new Silverado to drive on their vacation. Per our understanding, everyone seemed happy. Tuesday morning, Mr.Yerigan received and email from the transport company with another delay. He soon after called and terminated our relationship with Mcnutt Transport and immediately arranged to pay two drivers to drive 6 hours round trip to go pick up your vehicle. Shortly their after, you can into our showroom, asked to see the General Manager and demanded that we void the purchase agreement. This was done without hesitation immediately. At that point, the vehicle listing was reposted online. The time stamp on that repost was 12/29/19 at 12:13PM. Your accusation that we lied about taking the truck off of the internet is false. The time stamp shows the truck was deleted on 1/28/19 at 3:35PM, just as we told you on Monday night. With all of this said, our number one goal as a business is to always provide quality customer service and we regret that we were unable to satisfy any part of this transaction.
