I have always dreaded the buying experience, knowing full well that an entire day would be taken, and the pressure of sales people trying their best to squeeze every dollar they can from you to add on extra features, is all so tempting and very difficult to turn down. How surprised I was in the experience that my wife Sandy and I had today. I had talked with the manager Dave Jones the day before explaining my need for a 4 wheel drive pickup to go on a summer vacation in two days. He asked me to get on line and to fill out a preliminary credit application that was very easy to do and he would get right to work. Within an hour he called me back and told me he had what I needed and wanted. When we got there I saw this beautiful black 2019 Silverado sitting under the canopy by the entrance doors. I just knew that could not be the truck that was for me because it had options on it that I wanted but could not afford. I had given Dave a price range to work within and when I asked him about the options like running boards and fog lights he told me he had them put on for me because he knew I wanted them but was still able to work within in my budget. Hooray!! This was just the beginning of good things to come. Dave set me up with my sales person Larry and he and I just clicked. We were close to the same age and he was so patient and understanding in teaching me about how to pair my phone, explaining all the bells and whistles and how the worked, and them explaining them again, and some of them a third time, all with the patient of a saint for someone who is not really that good with some of today's technology. He also did all the hookups for On-star and dealt with my insurance company being sure I was covered to take it home. I cannot say enough god things about him. Next we meet with Meghan who went over some extra things I wanted and she worked on prices and a schedule for us to return and have done. No one could be more pleasant and beautiful to work with than her. I got none of pushy sales hype for ad on's that I was expecting. She is a truly remarkable lady that has really made a career for herself here. Our last stop was with Dwayne who is a wizard with the numbers and paperwork and using his color coded marking system had us out of there in a jiffy. My overall assessment of this experience is a A++. So good in fact that after getting home the first thing I just had to do was to take the time to rate this dealership. This wonderful group of people have my PRIORITY BUSINESS FOR LIFE, and our daughters also. Thanks to you all. Thank you Dave Jones! More
