When I arrived they already had the car pulled up and Joshua (Josh) Dennis greeted me by name as I was looking at the car. We went on a test drive and he was able to answer my questions and show me the Carfax that he already had printed up prior to my arrival. I needed help with some bad gas in my tank recently. Got it towed in and it was late in the day. I had been out on the road in the sun virtually all afternoon and not feeling all that great. They gave me a nice Suburban to get home with and said don't worry about your car. John called me with an update the next day as promised. Since I had my wife's car at home, I decided to bring the Suburban back to the dealership so someone else could use it if needed. Ty brought me home. But my wife's car had problems also (she was out of town). I was embarrassed but I had doctor appts and needed a vehicle. I asked John if Ty could come get me and if I could use a vehicle. He said yes. I waited for the vehicle and Ty drove up with the suburban and the courtesy vehicle just behind to take him back. I was flabbergasted with the kind gesture. Needless to say, my vehicle was fixed, I brought the Suburban back and went on my way. This is a good dealership that treated me very well, with kindness and professionalism, right when I needed it most. Thanks Priority Chevrolet. Nothing worse than being approached by a salesperson that know little to nothing on what they are selling. Dennis was very knowledgeable on not only the vehicle i purchased, but the features as well. Very professional young man. George Mastermaker, sales manager, was great to work with as well and was the one that made the “deal” happen on both my trade in as well as the our new Silverado! Meghan McHenry, what a great sales representative! Was able to work with her on add on features and was very pleased with the outcome. Thumbs Up! I stopped in to look at what was available in a newer used pickup truck. First person I met was Joshua Dennis, a salesmen at Priority Chevrolet. From the first meeting I noticed his energetic personality and after further discussions I came to find out we were deployed at the same Base at the same time, be it different Services but I won’t hold that against him. Joshua was not pushy, annoying, or slick like some other sales persons I have met in the past (other dealerships). The facility was well maintained and other then the fact that new truck prices are outrageous (set by Industry) their selection of models and options on hand was amazballs (son taught me this one). Long story short I was not going to purchase a truck that day (just looking) but wind up driving off in a 11 year newer Chevy Silverado Z71 for an acceptable price. I highly recommend Priority and (Joshua Dennis). His professionalism and knowledge was the sole reason for my decision to purchase at this dealership on that day. More

Outstanding Customer Service! Excellent new vehicle purchasing experience with zero pressure. Staff was highly engaged to ensure our needs were met. Although the vehicle we were most interested in was in transit from the factory, our salesman (Larry Fleming) and manager (Evan Dean) quickly arranged for a similar vehicle to be rolled-out and ready for a test drive around our busy schedule. Mr. Mastermaker closed the deal with a reasonable offer on our trade, which we very much appreciated. Our delivery coordinator (Meghan) did an excellent job as well. I highly recommend this dealership and have no reservation is giving this Team an overall 5 star rating! Thanks again for the positive buying experience. . More
Poor service department The check engine light came on in my vehicle. I took it to the dealer for it to be looked at & 2 wiring harnesses were replaced. When I pick up my veh The check engine light came on in my vehicle. I took it to the dealer for it to be looked at & 2 wiring harnesses were replaced. When I pick up my vehicle, the front camera result and neither of my front turn signals worked (both were working fine prior to bringing in the vehicle). I was told that the car had been test driven and everything was fine. We picked up the car and headed to Florida. On the way, my husband noticed that the turn signals did not sound right (I noticed they sounded different when I picked up the car, but did not know enough to realize that meant something was wrong). We pulled over and checked all of our turn signals only to learn the 2 front signals did not work. During the test drive, these issues should have been noted and the car should not have been released. Rather than keep the vehicle, they told us all was good and to pick up the car because they knew we were headed on vacation. The camera not working was an inconvenience; however, the 2 front turn signals not working was a safety issue and we could have been pulled over because of it. I understand that they did not want us to be in the rental car for more days than necessary, but to tell us everything was fine with the car was simply poor customer service. If they had talked to us, we would have gladly shared the cost of the rental to cover any days beyond the day everything was corrected on the car. More
