Service: I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance so I could arrange transportation while my vehicle was being serviced. Simple state inspection and a tire repair. Dropped off my truck the evening prior using the early bird drop off envelope. Truck parked in front of the service bay entrance. Next day I made several attempts to call and check status. I either was left on hold, cut off, or the one time someone answered they "took a message" for my service advisor. When I got off work I went to the dealership. At first the advisor argued with me saying I didn't have an appointment, until I showed him confirmation on my phone. Then he went looking for my truck. He found it in the lot, unlocked, with the early bird envelope in the front seat. He said the truck was never "checked in" so no work had been done. When I asked what were they going to do to rectify the situation he responded that I would need to reschedule the service for another day. To top things off, no one, ever once, offered any sort of apology. Over the years I've noted that, even though the free oil changes and inspections for life is a perk to get customers to purchase vehicles here, once you've bought the vehicle you go to the end of the line when coming to get your free services. 3rd vehicle I've bought here and definitely the last. Scheduled a 9am appointment for an alignment of my 2020 trail boss. I asked the service advisor about how long it would take and he responded with 2 - 2.5 hours. At 1:00pm ( 4 hours later ) went to check and see what the hold up was. Truck hadn’t even been pulled into the back to be worked on. Tried contacting service manager and get no response. Looks like I’ll just be taking the truck elsewhere for service More
My husband and I have been researching to buy a new truck for months. We spent numerous hours online looking at options and inventory. We were excited to see that the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trailboss LT wa for months. We spent numerous hours online looking at options and inventory. We were excited to see that the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trailboss LT was in stock at a local dealership. We visited Priority Chevrolet - Chesapeake on Sunday and that is when we initially met with Dan Brown. He was great to work with, and not pushy at all. We went inside to work up some numbers, and we decided to leave and “sleep on it”. He followed up on Monday with a thank you text for our visit on Sunday. We called him to discuss the option of adding a spray in bed-liner; and we were able to come to a deal over the phone. Ultimately we returned on Monday, finalized which color truck we would be going home with (we were between two colors), and paperwork was a breeze. The finance team was also able to get a slightly better rate that initially thought, so we really appreciate Priority going through extra mile there. Very satisfied with our purchase, it was very easy and I really enjoyed that this dealership was not super pushy. Thanks again to Dan for all of his hard work and being patient as we were back and forth about which color truck to purchase. Would recommend anyone looking to consider taking your business to Priority Chevrolet - Chesapeake. More

Caught repair tech on dash cam going through closed center console and glove box. Almost 3 full minutes of video with this guy going through our private property. Went back to the dealer to show them t center console and glove box. Almost 3 full minutes of video with this guy going through our private property. Went back to the dealer to show them the video and Service said he was looking for a wheel lock key, but our truck doesn't have wheel locks. Besides a wheel lock key that big would have been easy to know it was or wasn't there in just a few seconds as it's a big, heavy cylindrical chunk of metal. The dash cam video also showed our truck's service was completed and it was parked for an hour before they told me it was ready. I filled out a dealer survey they sent in an e-mail and told them exactly this. Got a "bot" reply e-mail from a "no-reply" e-mail address to contact the dealer to discuss my terrible review. THEY JUST DO NOT CARE - SIMPLE AS THAT! This DealerRater site has made me choose a person who worked there or they wouldn't publish the review. The names of the "bad actors" at the dealership are not on the list, so I chose the only name that was associated, even though Mr. Browne did a great job and seemed interested in the video. More
I have yet again for the 5th time taken my vehicle in for the same thing and they have yet to repair the issue. My truck goes into REGEN mode then fails out every time and goes into a low power mode and cant the same thing and they have yet to repair the issue. The people at Chevrolet have promised over and over again they were going to extend warranty but after about 50 emails and 20 calls they have not. The dealer says every time its fixed and it has not been fixed. Bakus is completely useless and when you call and leave a message they never return your call. Very frustrating dealership. I cant even say they deserve a single star. More

Came in and talked to the Sales manager and I purchased my vehicle Apr 2020 along with a hard tonneau cover. I’ve had issues with the cover leaking. Came in and talked to the Sales manager and was displeased with his treatment towards me. And the way he talked about his employees in front on me. He stated in the middle of the sales floor the service rep was an nobody. When I asked him to stop talking with aggressiveness and hand gestures. He threw his hands up walking off stating that’s how he talks and if I don’t want to talk come back another day. When I came back to talk to him I wait for 15 minutes to talk to him and he wouldn’t acknowledge I was there. And sent a new sales rep with know knowledge of the previous visits. The service rep has worked diligently to contact the GM warranty company for a replacement cover. After dropping off my vehicle for the replacement cover installation. The service tech and I inspected the replacement cover notice the cover was still leaking and the gasket was too short on the right side. The process with the warranty company. took 4 months. It’s very frustrating and overwhelming I can’t utilize my bed without damaging everything. To prevent any kind of controversy as a customer. I have to wait again for a replacement cover. When I can be afford other options with a replacement cover. Seeing how my previous visits have gone with the Sales Manager it’s beyond frustrating! More
