Service Dept high pressures you for frequent(!) flushes to ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, FUEL-SYSTEMS. These procedures are not recommended by G.M. This dealership is stealing from non-savy consumers. I've drive to ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, FUEL-SYSTEMS. These procedures are not recommended by G.M. This dealership is stealing from non-savy consumers. I've driven G.M. vehicles for 200K miles without need of these flushes, by servicing following manufacturers schedules. These 3 mentioned flush-services are contraversal, because powerful solutions may damage seals. Many years ago a Fuel-system flush damaged one fuel injector. New injecter cost $120 + about $700 labor. I learned the hard way. More
I have figured out why Priority needs to have beauty salons, restaurants and child care facilities: Because you might have to move in to get your car serviced! My daughter took her car to have a "free salons, restaurants and child care facilities: Because you might have to move in to get your car serviced! My daughter took her car to have a "free" state inspection performed. She was the first customer there when they opened. She was told she probably shouldn't wait because it might be a "couple of hours" before they were finished. It took them EIGHT hours to do a half hour state inspection. In the mean time, she had to wait around all day, without a car, for them to get to her (I guess the paying customers are given PRIORITY). Maybe they should add a church, a grocery store and even a school! If it takes them eight hours to do a simple state inspection, I can only imagine how long it would take to do a complicated repair! I purchased 2007 Chevy(new)in PA. I moved to VA use Priority SERV-DEPT 2 yrs. SERV-DEPT tries to sell UNNECESSARY maint -NOT specified by G.M. My car has very low miles. Once, they did NOT know if my Priority SERV-DEPT 2 yrs. SERV-DEPT tries to sell UNNECESSARY maint -NOT specified by G.M. My car has very low miles. Once, they did NOT know if my Chevy had fuel-filter! Wanted $20 labor for bulb replacement(easy access). Inefficient communications within SERV-DEPT. Customer needs to speak/repeat to multiple service people, about car needs/problem. Difficult to give/get work info correct. Car is returned greasy. Lucky with service dept so far. I'm looking for better shop for less aggrevation. More
Priority is the ONLY dealership that actually showed interest in my needs/wants. They were not pushy AT ALL and worked their tails off to get me the vehicle I wanted! This dealer has won my business. My salesman Ed is easy to deal with. I call ahead and the salesman has things lined up when I get there. The process is made as painless as possible. I have returned many times to purchase new vehicles with the same satisfaction level. I highly recommend this dealer. More
