The car we found online was at their overstock lot... He personally drove us over there and showed us the car, then had us follow him back to the dealership in it. We weren't planning on buying that day, but the customer service and deal James brought to the table was too hard to pass up... besides, what other dealership provides what Priority does?? Free oil and filter changes for life, free towing for life, engine guaranteed for life, installed parts and service for life, and for us ladies, free manicures on Wednesdays. I couldn't find the dotted line fast enough. If you're looking to buy, Priority is the place to go and James is the man to see. He will go above and beyond to get you what you want. Overall, we rate the dealership and ENTIRE staff 10 out of 10 and I love my new Chevy Sonic LT Hatchback!! I am stuck with my vehicle until I am able to afford a car I actually like due to the tremendous loan. I cannot complain about the customer service or friendliness, it is second to none; but when they want to make a profit I suggest you do your homework, or just go get a car from Carmax. More

It was a good thing I did go into the dealership because Jay pointed out to me that my extended warranty got reinstated under a new contract number after he had cancelled the original contract last month. My husband and I have been searching for a new truck for about two months and decided to purchase a Chevrolet. We decided to go to Virginia on a Sunday just to look around and to our surprise not only did we find the 2014 Chevrolet truck we also had the privilege of having James McPherson as our salesperson. James was definitely a deciding factor in purchasing the vehicle because of his professional demeanor and extensive knowledge of the vehicle. Our experience at the dealership could not have been better. Our saleperson, Bud Chappell, was terrific. Bud was able to "talk trucks" with my husband on all aspects of the vehicles - engines - towing capacities - accessories - even aftermarket options without missing a step - which is not an easy task. When it came to pricing - Dave Jones did an incredible job. We initially came in to take advantage of the rebates on the 2013 Silverados but when we saw the redesigned 2014 Silverados - we fell in love with them. We were concerned that because of the rebates on the 2013 trucks, we would not be able to get a good deal on a 2014 truck. Boy were we wrong - we got a great deal. Lastly, Billy Jones in financing was wonderful as well. He wanted to be sure that not only did we get the best deal on the pricing end of the transaction but the best financing possible as well. He patiently answered my questions as we went through each number line by line. My husband and I could not be more pleased. Kudos to the Priority Chevrolet Team! More
General Manager, Bill Schineider, seemed to honestly try to resolve the issue with the first Malibu my daughter and I bought, but found that the after market heated seats option which was the reason we purc to resolve the issue with the first Malibu my daughter and I bought, but found that the after market heated seats option which was the reason we purchased the car could not honored since the option did not work on the front passenger seat. As a result he worked with the Sales manager, Dave Jones, to find a suitable upgrade that had the heated seats. He offered us the two vehicles to choose from, to exchange the vehicle we were having problems with to one that had the options we had paid for and did not receive. We accepted the exchange vehicle, Malibu LTZ2, with the understanding that we were getting the USAA Pricing and the best deal that the Sales Manager could offer. I feel that we were cheated in the deal because we were given the Trade In pricing for the exchanged car which means that we lost almost $4,000 by switching cars. The switch was offered by Bill Schineider because of the dealerships inability to provide the vehicle with with the options we purchased and because of multiple problems we were having with the vehicle, and since the switch was offered and not requested there should not have been any penalty imposed on us. It was a pleasure to work with James McPhearson, he helped us through the paperwork for the exchange and personally showed us all of the options and controls in the new Malibu, and let us know that he was there to help us with any issue we had with the car as long as we had it. We have been disappointed with the gas mileage on both Malibu's. The new one is doing a lot better than the first one, but it is only getting the minimum mileage per gallon listed for city driving even though most of the mileage has been highway driving. We are very happy with the Malibu except for the gas mileage. We are also pleased that Bill Schineider offered to pay for our warranty service. If it wasn't for the feeling that we got ripped off by getting the trade in price for the first Malibu, we would recommend Priority Chevrolet and would purchase our next Chevy from them. More
