I have purchased many new vehicles over the last 20 years. I must say that this was the best car buying experience ever. I credit Miran Smith for the majority of this great experience. Miran efforts underscore the important of working as a team player through collaboration, motivation, and trust which is paramount for Priority Acura reaching its goal as a car dealership. I purchased a 2014 RLX with the advance package several months ago. The RLX is not just a car it is an experience…it has all the latest technology and I absolutely love it. When I set out to purchase a new car back in 2011, I had not even considered an Acura but I happened upon Priority’s lot while out car shopping and was greeted by a salesman named Miran. He introduced me to the Acura lineup and I tested drove a TL. After the test drive, I still wasn’t certain that I wanted to purchase an Acura so I told him I needed more time to make up my mind. He kindly walked me to my car and opened the door but before I could get in I took another look at the TL and decided it was the car for me. I had spent several months, by this time, searching for a car so I knew exactly what options/features I liked and how much I wanted to spend and this car checked all the boxes. I left that day a proud owner of a 2010 TL. Because of the excellent deal, the stylist product line, and the exceptional customer service, I received from Miran, I have purchased two more Acuras (2013 ILX and 2014 RLX) from Priority in the past year…I am a 3-Peat customer. Miran has taught me everything I needed to know and more than I could remember about Acruas and he is only a phone call away when I have a question. Miran has made choosing to buy an Acura a no brainer. He is very professional and highly knowledgeable about the product line and is willing to answer questions well after the deal is done. He does not use high pressure sale techniques and is a joy to work with. I really enjoyed my Priority experience..they have surpassed my expectations. More
I have purchased three Acuras (2010 TL, 2013 ILX, 2014 RLX) from Priority in the past 3 years. I called last week to have my RLX serviced. I was expecting to schedule an appointment to take my car in but RLX) from Priority in the past 3 years. I called last week to have my RLX serviced. I was expecting to schedule an appointment to take my car in but I received so much more. My service rep, Larry Blow, went above and beyond my expectations…he dropped off a loaner car, picked up my vehicle and took it in for service. While my car was in for service, the technician noticed that the gear shift garnish was broken so the part was ordered and replaced and my car was delivered back to me. I have purchased many cars and never have I received this level of service…I can get use to this. Larry and the technician that serviced my car went above and beyond my service expectation. This is the most impeccable service I have EVER received. My Priority experience in Sales and Service has been exceptional. Kuddos to the entire Priority family. More
I went to Priority Acura looking for a new or used car to replace my 1997 Acura TL. The previous Acura had pretty much run its course, but I loved driving that car, so I went and looked at the 2013 Acura TSX replace my 1997 Acura TL. The previous Acura had pretty much run its course, but I loved driving that car, so I went and looked at the 2013 Acura TSX. I really liked the TSX, and the associates at Priority Acura were very helpful. My salesperson Miran, was outstanding. I initially left without the car because it was too expensive, but Miran went out of his way to call and say that they could lower the price because he wanted to make sure I would leave with the car I really wanted. I got a great deal on the car, and am really happy with the TSX. Even the mechanics in the shop were wonderful! Go to Priority! More

I did tons of research online and knew I wanted the Acura MDX and wanted to work with a dealer who stood behind their cars and their customers long after the sale. I never doubted my decision coming to Priority Acura and I plan to be a customer for life. We have purchased cars in the past from Casey and Hall... and my experience here at Priority can't touch them. I won't go anywhere else. I am thrilled with my new Acura MDX! More

My experiences at Priority have always been positive. So when the new refinements and improvements appeared in the 2014 Acura, we were ready for a new one. Our sales person, Miran Smith, did a great job in showing us the new models, explaining the technology, and getting us a great price. Then when a cherry red model was not available Priority was able to track it down. All in all a great car, a great price, and a great experience. More

From the get go we let Ozzie know that we had no interest on that particular day on purchasing a car. We wanted to test drive a few different cars in order to chose the best car for us. Ozzie let us take the Acura TSX out for a test drive, he was knowledgeable with the functions of the car and most importantly, NEVER made us feel any pressure. He made sure that we had all the information that we needed on the Acura TSX . Following the test drive we were introduced to Matt who manages the dealership. We explained to him our desire to test drive and look at other cars so he arranged for us to test drive another car that we were interested in at another Priority dealership. We did test drive a vehicle an decided it was not for us. Five days later we returned to Priority Acura, and Ozzie Reece immediately greeted us along with Tony Bertone. Tony answered question after question for my husband, again NEVER feeling any pressure. We test drove the Acura TSX for the second time, and decided that it was the car for us. The entire purchasing process was so easy. Ozzie, and Tony made sure that all of our expectations were met. In our opinion they exceeded our expectations. Andy Miller in the finance department was informative, friendly and took his time explaining all of the finance options. Following the purchase of the car, Ozzie and a gentleman named Jeff, spent time with us going over the functions of the car. Jeff sat in the car going over specific functions that I may have had trouble figuring out on my own. We never felt pressure or rushed during this entire process. We actually had fun during this process. I must say that Ozzie and Tony went above and beyond. The customer service experience us unlike any we have had in such a long time. I visited Priority Acura 3 months ago just to browse. I was greeted by Glenn Woodruff who was so helpful and knowledgeable about each and every car. I couldn't afford not to buy the RDX! I am so impressed was greeted by Glenn Woodruff who was so helpful and knowledgeable about each and every car. I couldn't afford not to buy the RDX! I am so impressed with this vehicle and the time that Glenn took to find me my perfect car. He even remembered by birthday and sent me a card! When my vehicle needed service Glenn came out to my house, gave me a loaner car and brought it to the dealership for all free! I would highly recommend Priority Acura to anyone else, and make sure to ask for Glenn Woodruff!!! More
