Priority Acura was a great dealership to work with. Jeff was patient and did a great job of showing me the features of the car (that I eventually bought) so that my test drive was really useful. Took my 2016 Acura ILX which only has a little over 55 thousand miles on it, in for an oil change and transmission fluid change, now the suspension and steering are making noises, it never made prior to h thousand miles on it, in for an oil change and transmission fluid change, now the suspension and steering are making noises, it never made prior to having it serviced at this location, what the heck did they do. Worst car buying experience I have to first start by saying I purchased my first car at a Priority Honda 14 years ago and had an amazing experience so it comes as a shock that I I have to first start by saying I purchased my first car at a Priority Honda 14 years ago and had an amazing experience so it comes as a shock that I have to write this review....I searched for my next new car for several weeks, and decided to buy my first Acura. I decided on the 2020 RDX. I owned an Audi A5 and wanted to trade it for this come. It is sad when a female have to bring a male just to even the playing ground (but it is the world we live in). Mike was my second salesman and was very nice and friendly to me. We finally agreed on a price and being it was the end of the day, they let me take my new RDX home overnight to return the next morning to finish the paperwork. I returned the next day to sign my paperwork when I noticed the agreed upon price was changed. I brought this up to the finance guy, Stevon and he stated "it is only a dollar". WTH?! It is my dollar. I instantly felt he was a dishonest person. I should have followed by gut and ended all transactions, but I had already felt vested. I was so annoyed at this point. I gave both Stevon and the salesman the payout bank information to my trade in for pay off. Two weeks passed and they had not paid off the trade in when I called the bank. I called the dealership and spoke to Stevon and he stated he was working on my "paperwork" for this trade in at the time of my call and should be done before that following Monday (funny how that was Labor day and everything was closed). I gave him another week (giving him the benefit of the doubt) to call me but I received no follow ups. I called again on week 3, but this time I asked for a manager. I was transferred to Henry who was so so nice (likely the only person I felt was trustworthy). He informed me that Priority had a 20 day payout policy (again this was not told to me by the finance manager). He asked me to call back in 48 hours to ensure the pay off was completed. Within 1 hour of this call, I received a call from one of salesmen who sold me my car asking for my account information to request the pay off amount (granted I gave this information twice already). How was they to pay off anything without this information in the first place?? I called my bank 72 hours later to check on the process, and again...no pay off! I called Henry again to expressed my annoyance and frustration with this whole ordeal. He called me back a few hours later with the tracking number of the pay off check to Wells Fargo (FINALLY!!!). After all this has happen, my brand new car that had 11 miles at purchase, now has wrinkles alone the side of the passenger leather seat (no one sits there) after 2 weeks. I was told by the service manager that this is likely a defect in the leather during the storing process, but needed to get approval from "corporate" before it can be replaced. I do not trust replacing leather covering as it is not guarantee to look "new" again. I am still waiting to hear back on this issue. I have never had such a horrible experience with a dealership or purchasing a car before. I regret ever going here and not following my gut with Carmax (no hassle drama) or another Acura dealer. I felt so much distrust and frustration with Priority Acura that I will NEVER EVER buy another Acura or car with them again. I will make sure all my friends, coworkers and colleagues know to never visit this dealership. More

Horrible Customer Service The latest appointment Priority Acura will take for an oil change is 4pm. I work until 4pm THREE blocks away. I scheduled my appointment online and as a courtesy called to make sure I could be 5 minutes late (5 minutes to get three blocks down the street). I was told no, I would need to reschedule. Reschedule for when?...I work until 4 every day. No other solution was offered. Just a simple no, 4:05 will be too late. Really disappointing service. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and will go elsewhere for an oil change. More
NEVER AGAIN in this lifetime!!! I truly hate that I have to give such a poor review, but Priority Acura is playing with my credit at this point. I went on 2/25/19 to turn in my lease I truly hate that I have to give such a poor review, but Priority Acura is playing with my credit at this point. I went on 2/25/19 to turn in my lease and get a brand new car, yet they failed to let Acura Financial know that I did this. So, it looks like I have 2 Acura's when I don't, and they also failed to make the final payment as promised on the vehicle that I turned in. My payment for that vehicle was due 3 days after I got the new vehicle, and I was assured that they would take care of everything. Then why has it been over 2 weeks and nothing has been done? I am getting collections calls and emails for the vehicle that they have & if they don't hurry up and pay it, they will damage my excellent credit. I have emailed the finance manager several times as well as the GM and Sales Manager attempting to get them to rectify this matter. All I have gotten in return is an email from the finance manager blaming this entire matter on Acura Financial. Personally, I don't care whose fault it is. I just want them to make the payment so that I can enjoy my new vehicle without the collections calls/emails. I have spoken to 2 reps from Acura Financial also. The first rep attempted to reach someone at the dealership several times last week, but they never replied to him/called him back. I called again today and the second rep actually called them with me on the 3-way attempting to correct this issue. The sales manager told him that he "thinks" the final payment is in their accounting department, and then he asked him to call him back directly after 1 pm. What do you think happened? The rep called 3x and even left vm's, and the sales manager never answered or responded. I cannot believe that this is the way they do business still. I had an issue with this dealership years ago and vowed never to purchase from them again. So, why did I give them another chance? The salesman seemed really genuine and trustworthy...that's why. It's the other employees that are making me doubt everything now. The Acura Financial Rep told me that he will call the sales manager every single day until he's able to give him the information he needs to settle my old account, and he will call me back. I appreciate this, but this really shouldn't even be happening. I do not have a lot of time to waste on this. I feel forced to make the payment just to protect my credit because this dealership doesn't care nor do they follow through on anything they promise. I also feel forced to file a complaint with the BBB because this matter is getting worse and worse by the day, and all they seem to do is avoid the issue/pass the buck. I will never do business with these people again! Not EVER!!! I will drive cross country to get an Acura first if I have to. They are the WORSE! Beware! More
Excellent Salesman ... Excellent Service I purchased my vehicle from Priority Acura a week ago and I must say that I am thoroughly enjoying it. This review is not about the car though, I want I purchased my vehicle from Priority Acura a week ago and I must say that I am thoroughly enjoying it. This review is not about the car though, I wanted to take the time out to recognize the most knowledgeable, courteous, genuine, salesman that I've encountered in my years of car shopping. Andrew Komornik treated me like a valued customer from the moment we met, up until our deal was complete. Not only that, he's since reached out to me to find out how things were going with the car. Having been on the job only three weeks at the time of my purchase, I can't say that I wasn't a tiny bit skeptical, but by the time we completed our test drive the night before I took the car home, I knew that I did not want to deal with anyone else in terms of making this deal happen. He deserved every ounce of my business. Mr. Church, you've got yourself a great asset in Andrew. I also want to give my praise and thanks to Stevon Armstead. He made the normal drawn out financing process a breeze. He's a true professional and made my wife and I feel valued instead of just another means to a quick buck. I truly felt taken care of at Priority Acura ... I've bought three vehicles from the "other" Priority place across the street and NOT ONCE has the general manager come out to personally thank me for my business and give me his card, as Mr. Church did before I left with my vehicle. That speaks volumes! Last, but not least, I'd like offer more praise and thanks Kristine Hillman for making sure all my needs were met in terms of paint and leather protection, and my beautiful tint. It makes the car look even that much better. Thanks Kristine for getting it DONE. Professional, personable, genuine service all the way around ... that's Priority Acura. More
