I’ve had so many issues with a brand new car from here and everytime I call, no one cares. I brought my Atlas in because the screen doesn’t work when it’s hot and shows static all over the screen about e and everytime I call, no one cares. I brought my Atlas in because the screen doesn’t work when it’s hot and shows static all over the screen about every 10-12 times I turn my car on. They said they would order a new screen and call me. 4 months later, after no update, I show up and they tell me my order was probably cancelled by Volkswagen due to undetermined issues. No notice. This was a 50k purchase that I deeply regret. Oddly, the gentleman who sold us the car was fired a few days later. We were sold car car that someone else had ordered. Sold before it entered inventory. Aside from that, we were given paperwork for a completely different VIN atlas and didn’t find out until the end, when conveniently we had to pay more for the car we thought we had already made a deal on. Ridiculous. More
I came in because my oil light came on. Even though I didn't buy my car at Principle they treated me GREAT! The Service Employee named Josh did an EXCELLENT job helping me. Took our golf in for brakes and and less than three weeks later I’m paying even more than the original price of repair due to their failure to do the job and inspection of the work efficiently. It could have been prevented. I discourage anyone from giving this dealership or service department business. There are plenty of other VW dealerships in the metroplex. More
Principle VW service center is wonderful to work with. The sales dept is not. Ive owned a VE my entire life (eye roll) but the folks in the service center are great. Terrible customer service when there is a problem. Principle (formerly Metro VW) did not stand behind their VW product or their Service Department. I bought my car there and they were the only ones th Principle (formerly Metro VW) did not stand behind their VW product or their Service Department. I bought my car there and they were the only ones that worked on it (lots of oil leaks). My Tiguan was worked on & less than a week later it needed a new engine. They did nothing to help with cost or a break to help me get into another vehicle. Left high and dry with $9,750 to come up with before I could even get another car. More

Excellent service So I had to have some things serviced on my vehicle, and I was blessed to have Huma as a service advisor. I've had a few things serviced before at tha So I had to have some things serviced on my vehicle, and I was blessed to have Huma as a service advisor. I've had a few things serviced before at that location, but I have never received the service from other advisors that I received from Huma. She checked in with me regularly on the status, sent me emails, sent me texts...3 different methods of communication. Parts had to be ordered for my vehicle, and she did everything to make sure I was not inconvenienced. Even after I picked up my vehicle, she called the next day to see how things were going. She is a keeper! More
