I called Wesley and asked about a car. Wes told me he had the car I wanted. Within 2 hours I bought the car. Wesley brought the car to my house by 5:30. I was proud to buy my car from Wes. Great employees during this August 2024 visit! This was the first time scheduling a service appointment with this dealership. Toyota corporation needs to work on their 2nd key issuance but Principle does their best to explain the current status and constantly changing processes and due dates determined by Toyota corporation.
