Lisa genuinely cares about her customers; she is not your typical car salesperson. I contacted Principal Toyota after calling 25 different Toyota dealerships looking for a 2021 Tacoma for my Cousin. I was so impressed with Lisa Mowery compared to the other salespersons I encountered. The whole experience buying a new vehicle at Principal Toyota with Lisa Mowery was a fantastic experience despite the fact this was an internet out of state sell. Lisa Mowery diligently responded to all my Cousin questions and concerns. Why am I writing this review of Lisa Mowery for my Cousin, he is a stroke victim and wanted to make sure Lisa was recognized for making his new truck purchase a worry-free experience.
