I was told that the inspection and diagnostics would be $195.00 non refundable but if the service was done this cost would be subtracted. Later I was informed of multiple items that must be addressed with no mention of the discounts. This included replacing the left wheel bearings. That $257.00 will be the last you get from me. I had another place inspect my vehicle and they found that the RIGHT wheel bearing was actually worse than the left. I had both replaced and the total bill was half the Toyota estimate. They checked the spark plugs and advised that a tune up was not necessary at this point. I feel that your quote was not only over priced but also inflated with unnecessary services. So much for me being a loyal customer. More
