I needed to purchase another car, and toyota was my choice. So I went to performance toyota to browse the selection. I was approached by Mr. Frank Dixon. How may I help you today?" His welcome was very warm and friendly. I told him I wasn't sure what I wanted to do as far as purchasing a car. So we sat down and he was very informative. I really learned a lot that day, things I never knew and honestly needed to be aware of. He wasn't pushy or forceful as far as trying to get me into a car like a normal "overly-anxious, money-hungry car salesman" usually is. He was well aware that I needed understanding and knowledge about cars and the business of it. I left that day very pleased and satisfied and returned two days later to purchase a car from Mr. Frank Dixon. He was very helpful, resourceful, knowledgable and patient. He smiled from the fact that I was pleased and eager to finally have a car that I could be proud of and could keep "until the wheels fall off!" lol. He then introduced me to Joshua Ratchford in financing. Who helped me keep my car notes at an affordable rate. They worked expeditiously to get me in and out and made sure I was totally satisfied.Frank and Joshua were my "diamonds in the rough".Performance Toyota should feel truly honored and blessed to have these two angels as employees.Because I was truly blessed to have them as my team players!
