Over the past decade I have owned a Nissan Altima, Acura TL, and Lexus IS350. I just bought a slightly used Scion Tc from Sam Kinnare (901-305-0998) at Perfomance Toyota and my experience at Performance To TL, and Lexus IS350. Sam Kinnare, my salesman, was extremely helpful and did not pressure me at all. He was a pleasure to work with. I have found that a lot of sales people can be very pushy and Sam is not that type of person, in fact he is the complete opposite. I felt that he truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need or want so that he could make an extra buck. All in all, he took care of me from start to finish. He gave me a few follow-up calls after I purchased the vehicle, which he did not have to do, to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend asking for Sam if you want to purchase a new vehicle, he will make the process as simple and as painless as possible. Also, I want to mention Trey, the sales manager was absolutely terrific. After I bought the car I discovered a busted fog light and he replaced this for me for free. I challenge you to find any other dealer that is willing to go that far to satisfy their customer. Trey, thanks again buddy, keep up the good work! Also, I would like to mention Joshua who took care of the paperwork and was also very easy to deal with and made the process super easy and convenient. Thanks Joshua! I cannot think of a single thing that Performance Toyota and its staff could have done to make my experience any better. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family, I guarantee that you will not be disappointed. I could go on and on about how great this dealer is but don’t have much more time. On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 15 for going above and beyond to make me happy and am so glad that I purchased my vehicle from them because I know that if I have a problem in the future they will be there for me and help me out and do whatever it takes until I am completely satisfied. I was in the market for a new truck and had visited several dealerships. My disappointment was with the sales staff from these locations and their lack of respect for you as a customer. When I arrived at Performance Toyota I was greeted as I exited my vehicle with a smile and a handshake. The salesman asked if he could assist and stayed there with me answering all my questions and allowing me to test drive several vehicles before decision was made,(and it was a very cold day too!). His name was Grayson Hall and he had the expertise to explain all about the trucks that I test drove . I informed him of my price range and expectations. He did not try to persuade me to look out of this price range but took me straight to the location and my final decision was made on exactly what I needed, a Toyota Tundra. Joshua Ratchford assisted with the financing and was very helpful in providing all information with me to make the best selection for terms and conditions. I was really impressed with the GM Pesh Kayeden, taking the time to show me around the dealership and introducing me to key members of his staff. Now that is what I call a dealership with a capital "D"!!! I will definitely continue doing business with Grayson Hall and team. More

I started my search for a used 4Runner earlier in November at another dealership in town. Needless to say, Performance got my business. How can I say enough good things about this dealerships service department??? I have been using them since 2000 and continue to come back time and time again. They always fix the problem right the first time, they are honest and upfront about the cost, and they dont hide anything from you. Whether you are going to wait for your car to be done, or you are going to come back for it, you can count on it to be done quickly, if there happens to be a reason the service is going to take longer then they originally told you, you will be notified well in advance and given a valid reason. Once I had a problem with a vehicle I owned and the warrenty was out by less then 50 miles, they called the appropriate people and got the problem covered by the warrenty, this was a costly repair and I should not have been having a problem with it when I did. I felt like they stood up for me and made the company better by bringing it to the attention of the proper people. I dont think most service departments would have done this for their customers. I have dealt with dealerships before that think here comes a sucker when a woman walks in the door and this place is NOT like that. Roy and Bob are great!!!! I highly recommend them to all my friends who own Toyotas as the best place to have their cars serviced. They are always happy when they go there for the first time. I have now owned 2 Toyotas and plan to buy a third and it will be serviced by Roy and Bob at Performance Toyota also. More
