We stopped by to take a quick look at the Hyundai Santa Fe. We walked in and asked the receptionist to introduce us to a salesman. Steven Davis walked up, greeted us and took us out to look at a Santa Fe. Since it was rainy we chose not to drive it. We were in no hurry to purchase, just window shopping. About a week later we were in the neighborhood and stopped by to drive a Santa Fe. Steven was there and allowed us to drive one. We weren't intending to buy for another few weeks but did want to have our trade appraised. A few numbers back and forth and they ended up offering us a deal we could not refuse. They actually gave us the high end of KBB trade value. That never happens! The entire process was great. Easy, no pressure, and a fair deal. Finance also went smooth with no surprise add-ons. I highly recommend you give Steven and Principle Hyundai in Boerne a shot at earning your business. You'll be glad you did! More

I negotiated to purchase a used car on Saturday 3/4/23 with salesman Gabe Castillo. He was to deliver the car to my home and take my trade back. As the day went on and I did not hear from him I called him with salesman Gabe Castillo. He was to deliver the car to my home and take my trade back. As the day went on and I did not hear from him I called him and was told the car had a broken windshield and it would have to be fixed as it would not pass inspection. He was to call me on Monday--he left an email Monday pm saying the new windshield was in. This is the last I heard from him as of this writing 645p 3/8. Did they not want to adhere to the deal he made pricewise? Was he upset he had to deliver car even though they advertise this service? Who knows More
