Worst experience. Did not believe me that there were real issues with the vehicle. Dismissive and questioned whether I was being honest. Just told me to take pictures when trunk randomly opened. Gave me a loaner and last minute sent text stating I had 12 hours to return car which meant if not before midnight needed to be returned by the next couple of hours or I’d be charged over 100 dollars. The loaner was defective and their only concern was when I’d return it and not if I was safe. I’ve learned my lesson. I’m going back to buying Mercedes. More
