I've been to some racist organizations in Corpus Christi, Texas, and this BMW dealership is no exception. The treatment I've received has been nothing short of herendous. In all of my years of getting loaner cars I've never been asked for a credit or debit card for a loaner, and the way you're looked at, is nothing short of disdain for you. I was born and raised in a racist State, so I know what it looks like. I am a well educated , African American, and if you think we're all stupid, think again. I no longer trust this organization so I am going to pay an expert to go over everything that should be done to my vehicle, to ensure the work was actually done. Your money, or your skin color does not make the person, it's the persons character. Treat me as a human being, not someone that's not worthy to walk on the same ground you walk on. More

Was financed through my bank for my dream car, had the dealership the $28,000 check within 24hrs. It was one of their used vehicles, not a BMW. Less than 24hrs later, my AC quit working and the temp gauge on the dash was no longer working. I called and left a message since it was on Sunday, I received NO call back. My AC started working early the next morning so I wasn't too pressed on the issue. A week later the same thing happened. I had my mechanic check on the car and there was several issues that needed to be addressed. I called them and immediately took my vehicle in for service since it had been less than 10 days of buying the vehicle. I've tried calling for updates on my car and get nowhere, its like they screen the call and refuse to answer. I've been trying to get an update on my vehicle for the past hour but they keep cycling through the hold music and having me press 2 for service. This is by far the worst experience I could have imagined for purchasing my first vehicle. I will be warning EVERYONE I know about this dealership. More
Went in looking for a new family car and I came home with my dream car. Daniel Baker was extremely helpful from the get go and made the entire process so easy. I was looking to buy a new BMW ix50 that they had in stock with pictures showing it available online. When I contacted the salesman and told him I wanted it, he said the car was available. I told him I had $25,000 cash, a paid off 2021 BMW X3 Mi40 with title in hand as trade, and I was pre-approved for the loan through my credit union. They did not want my business! They said because I was out of state, my money was no good there! I could not believe it! It was everything I wanted in a vehicle including the color and all the options. But because I'm not in Texas, I cannot get it. The salesman was very unprofessional and did not respond to my next two texts. Nor did he answer my phone call. I wanted him to know that it was a legit purchase. I have those texts saved from him as backup. Anyway, choose another BMW dealership in the great state of Texas over this one. I bet you'll get a better response. There are many other good dealerships that are happy to take your money. More
