SERVICE VISIT

Mike the GM and Dan my salesman were great. I have a problem with the service department. I left my X7 there to have the battery replaced and someone took it upon themselves to eat their lunc I have a problem with the service department. I left my X7 there to have the battery replaced and someone took it upon themselves to eat their lunch inside of my car. Food in the seats and floorboard. They were nice enough to leave a happy meal toy in my cup holder. Not what I would expect from a Principle dealership. More

The customer service is the worst. No one ever calls you back. My vehicle was in the shop 1 week with no updates on status. Salesman make promises they have no intention of keeping.
