Went for an oil change and an issue with automatic start/stop not working , as well as my touch screen was flicking , George was my advisor. He gave me a loaner right away and said that it was going t start/stop not working , as well as my touch screen was flicking , George was my advisor. He gave me a loaner right away and said that it was going to take a while because of the diagnostic tests and that he was going to call the next day to tell me what was wrong. No calls were made to me the next day, the day after I received a message about my car being ready. After I got to the dealership George came out to talk to me about the car, telling me that everything was working and my screen was flicking because of an older iPhone model. I was really surprised that automatic start/stop had magically returned, so he offered to drive around with me and check it again. I asked him to drive because I didn’t know the area well. The automatic start/stop was back working really well and he couldn’t give me an explanation why, I mentioned that I must of charged the battery driving for over an hour to the dealership and his response was “ it probably did something to it, customers bring their cars for so many reasons and after the service those issues never show up again “. That was some explanation but anyway when I got home and restarted my car I noticed that the message for service overdue was stilll there , went into my car service history and everything was erased, I checked my control messages and the screen was completely black. I called George and told him about the service overdue message, he told me that it was probably because of the state inspection that I didn’t do at the dealership and that this message should’ve been cleared on its own after an oil change. He possessed no knowledge what so ever. As a bmw assist agent explained to me that that message had to be erased with the scanner by the oil technician and they most likely reset my car back to factory settings instead that’s why my history was empty. George told me that he was going to send someone to fix the problem the next day, I received no calls and no one ever came to fix anything. I called his supervisor two days later and he promised to send someone with a loaner to get my car back to the dealership, no one came or called me about it again. Horrible experience, lots of words and promises while doing nothing to fix their screw up. Knowledge and training are a miss here, while smiling to maintain the illusion of a great customer service. I will have to go to a different dealership to fix their screw up More

This is the second time I have been to this dealership to buy a car. In my opinion, this is simply the place to go. Nick, my salesman went above and beyond my expectations to make of this the best experience buy a car. In my opinion, this is simply the place to go. Nick, my salesman went above and beyond my expectations to make of this the best experience buying my second BMW, he is very nice and the most important is that he listens to his clients to make sure he understands their wishes and makes them come true. I give 5+ stars to Principle in Corpus Christi because they care and appreciate their clients, even the General Manager of the whole dealership Mike, took the time to come out and meet me in person to make the experience even better.
