AMAZING I would just like to rave about this dealership and their amazing sales representative Rich Robinson! They made getting my new car so easy. I called R I would just like to rave about this dealership and their amazing sales representative Rich Robinson! They made getting my new car so easy. I called Rich on a Tuesday asking about the availability of a pre-owned vehicle. Needless to say the very next day I was there signing papers. He was very informative and most importantly NOT PUSHY! We were able to work out all of the details over the phone since I live a distance away. I can honestly say I would 100% make the trip to purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. This is our first stop for shopping a new bmw x5. it only took a morning to finish everything, and drive the new car back home. highly recommended. however, i could only give a 4 star for dealership. it is because of Jowel Ahmed. He was doing paper work for us. But he was trying to play some trick on us. he misleaded us to purchase some unnecessary maintenance coverage. and he did not provide us enough coverage policy information. After gettting back home, we talked with our friends with bmw, just figure it out. The coverage on brake and belt is very unlikely to be useful for the first three years of the bmw X5. And this coverage can be cancelled within certain time window. Jowel never mentioned the cancellation policy to us. overall, princeton bmw is a great place for shopping bmw. their front desk are very helpful, but need be careful for their back office guys . More

Don't go near this dealership! Poor service! Never take your lovely BMW to this place. The customer adviser was barely out of high school. Never saw the mechanic, but based on what Poor service! Never take your lovely BMW to this place. The customer adviser was barely out of high school. Never saw the mechanic, but based on what his advice was, he was unqualified, to put it mildly. I had a problem with my turbocharger, and the adviser and mechanic both said I can continue driving the way it was, because to repair it would be expensive. I sought a second opinion at Flemington BMW and they said I had to replace it immediately. There were metal shards in the oil coming from the turbocharger and I was a few miles away from ruining my engine. I spent $60K when I bought my car and I expect better service from the dealership that got my money. The clowns at Princeton BMW are not worth your time. Go elsewhere or take a huge risk on your Bimmer. More
