Princ Chevrolet was amazing - I bought my 2021 Suburban remotely - selected the vehicle - they took it from there - drove to my house for me to sign paperwork and pick up information on my trade-in - when remotely - selected the vehicle - they took it from there - drove to my house for me to sign paperwork and pick up information on my trade-in - when my truck arrived they offered to deliver it to me, but I wanted to drive that truck home myself, and honestly meet my salesperson face to face. Had my car for almost 7 weeks for ac problem. No communication from service dept, GM didn't do anything, called different prince dealership raising cane. This was not the first unpleasant dealing with this service department. Want to trade my Yukon XL in, but they have nothing but used vehicles in the lot. I will definitely not do anymore business with them. Taking to a dealership in atlanta for my latest problem an exhaust leak. Since I bought it we have had to replace the injectors, the motor, transmission shutter, AC and now this. I am so done with it. More

Sales staff is great! Everyone in sales is friendly and knowledgeable of the cars and trucks they are selling. I used Jeff Jones to sell me the last 3 vehicles. Bait and Switch I started looking for pick up to buy on the many different car sale sites online. To my surprise, I found a 2019 Silverado 1500, 40000 miles at Prince I started looking for pick up to buy on the many different car sale sites online. To my surprise, I found a 2019 Silverado 1500, 40000 miles at Prince Chevy, Ledo Rd, Albany, GA. Did some texting back and forth with Ana Bateman, finally decided to set up a time to do a test drive. For starters, the vehicle on the lot was not the 1500 being advertised. If it was, the dealership had added racing stripes to the hood and both sides and removed the 17 x 8 bright machined aluminum rims and replaced them with black hubcaps. Strike one and two. Because of the great price I decided to test drive the 1500 anyway. I open to the door, and when I say this, I'm attempting to be kind. The interior of this 1500 had to be the filthiest vehicle I have ever been offered to test drive. Seats front and back were dirty, carpet dirty, found sox under the armrest, trash in the back pockets behind both seats, and there was a dirty rag in the bed. I lost the strike count. I ask the salesman why was this vehicle up for sale in this condition. With a straight face, he told me that one of the managers had driven it home last night. No integrity, more strikes. Am I to believe that a mechanical inspection has been completed on this vehicle when Prince Chevy hasn't taken the time to clean the interior. However, they did take the time to add racing straps and change the rims. If you will lie about small thing you will surely lie about bigger things. Still looking for a 1500, and I will buy one, but not from Prince Chevy. More
I had told the service rep that my screen wasn’t working on my vehicle. He said he would order me a new one and call when it came in. After a week went by without any phone call, I called to check to see if on my vehicle. He said he would order me a new one and call when it came in. He said yes but that he couldn’t get me in to have it fixed for another week because they were backed up with orders. So after two weeks of waiting, I showed up on the day to service my vehicle and that rep wasn’t there, because “he had an emergency” , and the other reps had no knowledge of my appointment. Finally after getting me signed in, I asked them to take a look at the transmission too because it was stuttering, they said they would. They also said they would do an oil change on my car. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am, at 3:15pm I still hadn’t got an update on my car so I had to call the dealership to find out if it was done. When they finally answered the phone, after trying 3 times, the lady said my vehicle was done but they didn’t have the paperwork don’t yet so I needed to wait at least another 30 mins before coming to pick it up. When I got there to get my vehicle they tried charging me for my oil change, even though my first 10 oil changes were put into my contract price and no one could give me an answer about why my transmission was stuttering. My paperwork said there were 3-4 recalls they did on my car but NO ONE informed me of what was wrong or what they performed on my vehicle. I still am not sure if they replaced my screen or if they corrected the transmission stutter. This is also the 3rd time I have had a vehicle serviced at this location in the last 6 months and they have kept my vehicle all day without even offering me a ride somewhere OR offering me a different car to use for the day. This will probably be the last time I use this location for Service on my vehicle. More

I had warranty so I only paid $100 standard deductable. The bill was $1987.17. I picked it up on that Wednesday. I was not even gone three hours and hot air again. Took it back immediately. Then I was told it was the discharge and suction hoses. They arent covered under warranty $524.00. My truck was misdiagnosed from the start.ERIC MIMS diagnosed and worked on it. I talked to DAVID MINNICK which was a jerk. The general mnager BUDDY CARVER just would answer any of my questions. Then had the nerve to tell me that I just didnt want to pay the money. Worst expeience I have ever had. the best experience was AMBER FORD. she was nice and truly understood.....but people have to keep their job,. More
Most unprofessional & unreliable staff Had vehicle for service, which was suppose to covered under extended warranty,(confirm by Jacob), no work done or replied back for 5 days and comes to Had vehicle for service, which was suppose to covered under extended warranty,(confirm by Jacob), no work done or replied back for 5 days and comes to find out, he misunderstood warranty coverage and didn't do work or call back to let me know about no service done. So in total my chevy sat there 2 weeks with no work done. Would rate negative 3 if there was option. Stay away from this dealership, they like to take advantage of being only chevy dealership around.
