Scheduled an appointment over a month out for service. My vehicles back window is leaking. GMC Sierra 1500. Dropped off my vehicle at 8am for what I thought was an 8:30 appointment. I didn’t not receive any communication from the service department. Once the time hit about 2:30 in the afternoon, my wife and I were nearby so I stopped in. I asked about an update and was told that they had not even looked at my truck yet. I proceeded to leave to await a phone call. I got that phone call about 30 minutes later. I was then told that they had window assembly would need to be resealed (something that was fairly obvious when I made the appointment over a month ago). Unfortunately they ran out of sealant/solvent because “we have had to do a few of these in the past few weeks.” So not only was I out an entire day at work for absolutely nothing to be done, I now have to take it back in on Monday for it to be fixed because after they didn’t look at it all day and didn’t have the parts to fix it, they made a phone call to another store to source the parts. Something that could have/should have been done in the morning after they should have looked at my truck at the prescribed appointment time. To say I’m disappointed is underselling it. I honestly wanted to trade in that truck right then and go buy another Ford like I had before. Thanks for not much David Carter and whoever the service manager is. I will not be recommending that anyone do business with this dealership. This is my Ted Talk, a disgruntled veteran. More
On a 14 hour road trip our Chevy Cruz broke down in Valdosta and we barely made it to Prince Chevrolet at 11 a.m. on a Friday. The service team immediately took our car in to investigate. Tim Wauhop wa Valdosta and we barely made it to Prince Chevrolet at 11 a.m. on a Friday. The service team immediately took our car in to investigate. Tim Wauhop was exceptional and kept us updated as they determined the coil pack had to be replaced. They had a busy day with non-stop customers but still had our car repaired In 3 hours and we were on our way! What a blessing in a distressing situation. These guys rock! More
Bought a 2022 GMC 2500 from this dealership. When time came made an apointment for oil change. apointment took 3 hours and no free car wash as mentioned, due to truck being 2500. Also breaks squicking since new and they blew it off. Breaks still sound like crap. Also stood at the counter for over 25 minutes in service department for second oil change with multiple people just walking by or sitting at the service desk and not asking if I need help for second oil change so just left. Shoutout to this dealership! We were traveling yesterday for a mini getaway. This is also during the wind and rain of hurricane/storm Nicole. Shortly after getting on the interstate heading north, a tire pressure warning came on. As we neared Valdosta only about an hour into the trip, we got off an exit to get some food. Unfortunately, it was the wrong food exit but there was a Buick dealership so I decided to see if they could look at my tire. I first went into the front/sales office and was directed to the service department. They said they would be able to look at it for me. The gentleman in the front sales office and then the service department were very nice and helpful. It took a little bit as some service employees were at lunch but they got it looked at. I ended up having a nail in the tire so they plugged it and we were on our way. So thankful they were able to look at and fix the tire. And thankful I stopped, before anything else happened driving on the interstate. Thank you for the kind and helpful employees at Prince Buick of Valdosta! More
Hi I have had a great experience with the service department. Once I was told by another dealer I needed a battery but that dealer did no have a battery , so I went to prince and I did not need a bat department. Once I was told by another dealer I needed a battery but that dealer did no have a battery , so I went to prince and I did not need a battery , the ends just needed tighting up. They were very busy on a friday just before closing but they did not rush me. It was very nice so I called today for a oil change. They were again able to work me in and took their time to check everything. They drove me back to work and the price was lower than quoted. The driver was very friendly, (sorry I didn't get his name). The service man on the phone and in person was very friendly and helpful. The only thing, It was raining when I picked up my car and it was not pulled up under the sally port for me. I will recommend this place and I will be back again. Thanks Nancy More
My wife wanted a Blazer when they came out and she had her heart set on it. We Ended up purchasing one today April 3 2020 from Brandon Brown.
