Worst dealership. Robbie lied to us about the condition of this car. We purchased a 2010 Range Rover from Robbie at Prime Time Motors. He told us this car was in impeccable condition. It is 10 years old of this car. We purchased a 2010 Range Rover from Robbie at Prime Time Motors. He told us this car was in impeccable condition. It is 10 years old and had 78k miles on it, with one owner. Robbie said that the car had new tires, and that the owner took very good care of this car. When we were test driving it the "shock" fault system light came on and Robbie told us that it was due to the tire pressure and that it is cold and that it was not an issue. He also told us that it had new tires & new brakes. Robbie assured me that if we needed any work done that he has lots of experience with RRs and so does his mechanic and that he would help me get any work done for less than what it would cost me at the RR dealership/shop. We put air in the tires several times (despite Robbie telling us that the tires were new) and this is not the cause. I have spoken to a shop about the issues we were having & the mechanic said there is something wrong with the shocks themselves - they were shot and that to fix this it would be over $2500-3k at a RR dealership. This will be approx. $1800 cost at a regular shop. It cost us less to remove the sport suspension that elevates and lowers and add new shocks, than to fix the elevating sport suspension. So we just removed it and put in a regular suspension that doesn't raise or lower the car. Robbie would not assist us with this expense, as we had only owned the car for a couple months and he said that I "bought the car as is." Even though he said he would assist me with being able to use his mechanic and I asked if he would help with this expense since this issue was mentioned during the test drive and also again as we drove off the lot after purchase. Robbie refused. He said his mechanic was out sick several times and he said he would not assist with any expense. We feel like we got duped here with a car and we should've definitely checked these people out more. We did run a report on the car and it was clean but we are having an issue with the shock system, also now several months in, the brake light is on and says that the brake pads are worn. There is a tremendous rattle at the back of the car and this has been a very frustrating experience with zero help and guidance from this dealership. He also denied ever telling us the things he said about the condition of this vehicle, which I have all documented. In the 12th month of owning this car, the water pump has a major leak and has to be replaced, costing $650-700. In the ONE year we have owned this Range Rover Sport we have: Replaced 2 of the tires Replaced the brakes Removed the sport suspension to regular (non-elevating) Replaced the shocks Replaced the windshield (a rock hit it) Replaced the Water pump, hoses, etc. We have 8 children total, & 4 children that are driving ages now & in this year alone 3 cars have been purchased. I will never do business with this dealership, tell everyone I know how much we were lied and ripped off. I do not trust them nor will I ever buy another car or any of our 8 children a car from there!!!! DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THESE GUYS! More
