I hate to even give them 1 star. The salesman is arrogant and can lie with a straight face. I told him it needed to be safe because there will be 3 children in it. He told us nothing was wrong with this suv other than needing tires and an antenna. We wanted to take it to a garage to have it checked out and he said there were no garages open. He said they had it checked over and cleaned before putting it up for sale. Turned out the frame was rusted through enough, that it cracked through and rolled off the road right as my Son was driving onto a 6 lane bridge. One minute later could have taken lives. I will Never trust this dealership again. They need shut down before they cause deaths. We did contact the Ohio Attorney General. (Insurance don't cover this situation) More

So they finally paid Nissan to fix it 1400.00 so I have had my car back for maybe 2 weeks and Alex repoed it, bank wanted to work with me and he said no. He's a SCAM ARTIST... Stay away from this lot. I purchased a vehicle that Alex vouched for and explained he drove from Virginia and ensured the motor and engine were in good condition…I had the car inspected 3 days after purchase and the condition of the vehicle was the exact opposite of what was advertised, and verbalized. The car in fact had a bad motor and transmission. I took the car back and he completely disregarded what was agreed on, and then stated he had never actually drove the vehicle, and admitted that he lied and admitted to ignoring my calls .. it was a complete xxxx show that involved Alex, his next door buddy Justin, and unfortunately the police were involved who stated that these guys sale through third parties such as Facebook marketplace bc their reviews are so terrible. The police also stated that they’ve had similar situations and other calls of the same issue. I did take them to court which ofcourse they didn’t show so I was awarded my judgement and I’m on my way to collect but save yourself the trouble and just find another dealer or car bc crummy people such as these guys don’t deserve to be in business with the crummy business they provide .
