Good clean cars, well priced, and straight to the point. I've been by multiple times but they were never overly pushy. They just were eager to chat, and help me find the perfect car! Pricing over book value I hope this review is read by anyone considering shopping here. Look up fair book values for the cars they are selling. Perhaps this does not expand I hope this review is read by anyone considering shopping here. Look up fair book values for the cars they are selling. Perhaps this does not expand to all of their listings, but in particular the one I looked at was egregiously overpriced. They have a 2004 XE Manual Xterra. All dealer retail book values(NADA, KBB...) average to be 6,400 for this vehicle with it's advertised condition and miles. Their asking price is 10,395, so 65% over book value. When I asked for clarity on their pricing this was the response. "Our logic is that we bought this xterra for more than 6400, so in order to stay in business and pay our bills, we need to sell it for more than we bought it. There aren't many Xterras out there with such low miles, and in such clean condition, and more rare still is the manual transmission, all these factors made us list it for 11995. We lowered the price so as to not sit too long on it, and not be so greedy, our last price lowering was today, from 10695 to 10395. I believe we will find our buyer at this price." So, by their logic, if they paid more for a vehicle than it's worth they need to pass that cost onto the consumer. I think your average person understands that if you buy something you need to sell it for more than the purchase price to make a profit. He goes onto talk about mileage, condition and transmission. All of which factor into book prices. My point largely is do your research before buying here or anywhere. If they truly find their buyer at 10,395 that's great for them. More
