We bought a 2016 Land Rover Discovery from Prime Auto Imports. The following morning, the whole back bumper fell off. Brought the car back to Gabe and they screwed on the old BROKEN bumper... RED FLAG NU Imports. The following morning, the whole back bumper fell off. Brought the car back to Gabe and they screwed on the old BROKEN bumper... RED FLAG NUMBER ONE. 2 weeks later, the car started refusing to go and revving high. It was so inconsistent that I was nervous to call and complain. 3 months after buying the car, and the now very consistent high rev car is smoking in the front and back. The car cannot go anywhere and won't crank. I called Gabriel, who was originally SO kind, and he said " I cannot control what happens with the car mechanically after you buy it." Guys, I genuinely am willing to pay for SOME repairs. But in discovering that the gasket had blown (and seeing THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs) I am genuinely pissed. Gabe offered ZERO HELP and got off the phone as quickly as possible. We are out 25,000.00 and a car that cannot be driven and is only 3 months old :( So disappointed. More

Stay away! Purchased a car two days ago and was promised we could bring it back if any issues. The Car had serious transmission issues and Thier mechanic told us the car is perfect and that cars like this o we could bring it back if any issues. Gabe made me feel horrible as yelled at us and refused to speak to a woman. Gabe took my concerns and made fun of them in a response to another review. We were scared for our daughters safety in the car and gabe didn’t care. He went out of his way to ensure that we are being hurt from this transaction. Gabe needs serious help. Stay away from here. They won’t help you at all. More
