An uncommonly exciting and happy Jeep-buying experience My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle; we visited several car and jeep dealerships, most of which were your run-of-the-mill businesses th My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle; we visited several car and jeep dealerships, most of which were your run-of-the-mill businesses that seemed to only want to make a sale, without any meaningful regard of our needs, etc. However, Primary Auto Group was a completely different experience. The employees there appeared to go above and beyond the call of duty for what salespersons are known for, and they intensively listened to our needs, concerns, etc. We were not pressured in any way to make a purchase that we didn't feel comfortable with. After a surprisingly fun and engaging negotiation with them, we had made a purchase which we are completely satisfied with. Our new Jeep is exactly what we had desired for, and we owe Primary Auto Group a debt of gratitude for all of their assistance. More

However, this dealership is the complete inverse. Scratch and Holly are an incredible group and together they verified that I got the auto I needed at the best conceivable cost. He was asking me alot of questions trying to find what vehicle would perfectly fit our needs. After a test drive we made our decision. We met with Holly for the dreaded 3 hour financing discussion. But in reality, it was perfect. She is a true professional. She blew us through the financing in no time. We will definitely be back!
