Great Service! I just moved here from California and I needed a car to get to school and work. So after talking with my boyfriend, we decided that my best bet was to lease or finance a car. Friday, Jan 11, 2019, we decided to look at what specials kia, honda and toyota had. We decided to go to Kia dealership first, and that is where we met the awesome Selvin and Rob. Selvin was our salesman, he was very friendly and outgoing. He made us feel comfortable and made sure we were taking care of. We got to test drive a Kia optima and a Kia forte. Loved both cars, but ended up picking the kia forte because I don't need anything fancy. Something nice and basic so I can get to school and work. The process did take a while, I believe we were at the dealership for about 6 hours. Even though we are paying more than we expected, I am happy with the car. Got to pick up the car on Tuesday, Jan 15th. We had a lot of going back and forth with insurance, but everything was taking care of at a timely matter. Selvin stayed in contact with me on what was going on which was great. Picked up the car and Selvin showed me all the buttons and how to connect my phone to carplay. rating this a 5 out of 5 because they made me feel comfortable about buying a car. It could be very stressful and intimidating trying to negotiate on a deal but they worked with me to get the best deal for me. I appreciate that very much. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a KIA to go to this dealership. Great, friendly people. More

Unprofessional Management I had called ahead to find out if I needed to make an appointment on Friday 12/29/17 to return my lease. They had said "not at all" and said that Mar I had called ahead to find out if I needed to make an appointment on Friday 12/29/17 to return my lease. They had said "not at all" and said that Marco would be there all day until 5pm. I arrived at 4pm with a freshly cleaned Sorrento so I could take pictures since the inspector couldn't be there that day for the lease return. I was met by the Manager Marc Ferrara stating that I could not return the vehicle since Marco was not there. He apparently slipped on ice and broke something, either a knee or back, the story changed. I had my 4 yr old with me and I had a new car waiting for me but had some plate issue pending. I also could not bring it Monday since they stated they did not have a human to do returns at that time. I told the manager how unacceptable it is to have only one person who knows how to do a return on a lease. Meanwhile the car insurance was transferred to the new vehicle. I let him know how angry I was and called the other dealership salesman to see if he could hold off, then suddenly, another person approached my car and said he could probably figure it out. I am so grateful for Mark Buttiglieri for helping me. He is one of the salesman at Kia. I am in shock that the Manager did not even know how to do it but came over and congratulated him for figuring it out. Mark even let me use his cell phone charger to charge my phone as I had left mine at home. I did not end up going back with another Kia due to being called "hunny" and "sweetheart" in a condescending tone by the other salespeople. Car buying being a woman is a challenge, now add a toddler and it's downright ridiculous. 2018 May it bring upon a new awareness that women are intelligent and deserve to be treated with respect at car dealerships across America. Terrible Returned my leased 2014 Kia soul and leased a 2017 Sorrento. Made the deal everything seemed good. Until 3 months later I get 3 late payments on my credit report from them. The never made my last car payment as agreed and changed me for a key that I returned. It's been a month, they will not return any of my phones calls or fix the issue so I can fix my credit report. This has cost me huge as I was in the middle of purchasing a home. They DO NOT CARE AT ALL!!! WORST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!! if you need a Kia go to Burlington More

Bad customer service... manger will try to over charge you! Last weekend I went to return my lease and do a sign a drive for a newer Sorrento. The first salesman was rude and disregarded me. I complained and asked for another sales associate. He was a lot nicer and attentative. After test driving the vehicle I already had a number in mind to lease and that was to pay the same or close to the same monthly payment I had with my first lease. The sales associate was inexperience and rightfully so because it wss his first month there. There were a few things he didn't understand like if they accepted security deposits. So did the finance guy as he also looked inexperience too. After an hour of negotiating the manager came with a monthly payment that was still high even after the "rebates". Granted I traded my vehicle last time for the first lease and they took out for $4000 (no way that car was even with $2000) which was a great trade in offer but I was not going to put down $4000 cash as a down payment for a lease, he was out of his mind! I understand the vehicle is newer model and slightly more expensive but I'm leasing not financing over 30k. I told him no deal and I will go to another Kia. He then said, in a very condescending way, that I will never get a better deal at another place. Well I guess we will see. Next day I went to a Kia dealership in Medford and the service was a lot better basically night and day versus the Kia in Lynn. The best part I signed a deal that was at my monthly payment that I wanted, close to a hundred dollars cheaper than Kia Lynn! Point of all this...buyer beware! Shop around More

A second client arrived as we were trying to turn in the car (John finally asked us to have a seat.) Second client also was upset and was not able to ask questions rather walked away from sales rep.
