Everyone in service was extremely nice and helpful. I had a terrible experience at another Hyundai dealership both in sales and service when I bought my car December of 2022. For the second time I had a minor body issue and just like the first time I was treated very well and there were no suprirses.. They took care of the issue same day and had me on my way. Had a horrible experience with the dealership and the sales rep. They were not ready to deliver the vehicle citing understaffing. When asked to arrange for the delivery next day since we live couple of h sales rep. They were not ready to deliver the vehicle citing understaffing. When asked to arrange for the delivery next day since we live couple of hours away and had a small baby to deal with, sales rep started shouting at me that I am being rude and hung up on me. Even if I sounded rude which was not the intention, that is a very bad way to handle your paying customer or to be honest anyone, especially when you have got your money and deal is done. That is when the real character of a person shows when they don't have anything to gain from you and how they treat you. Avoid like a plague if you'd like to be just treated humanly. More
