My experience with purchasing a vehicle from Pride Chevrolet was by far an excellent one. The gentlemen I worked with were dedicated, honest, ambitious, and beyond pleasant. Patrick , Joshua and Joseph did everything possible to make sure that I was satisfied with my choice and that my choice of vehicle would be available to me. Mr.Patrick Prescod literally went out of his way to assure that everything ran smoothly; from phone calls to kind gestures, etc. Even the staff at Pride Chevrolet was amazingly kind and welcoming. I honestly did not think that this type of customer service existed, but they have successfully proved my wrong. I highly recommend that any person who wants to purchase an amazing motor vehicle, along with working with people who are willing to go that extra mile for you, Pride Chevrolet is where you'd want to invest, because they'd truly invest in you. I loved working with all of the staff that helped me in purchasing the vehicle of my Dreams,I especially, once again want to thank Mr. Patrick Prescod for his dedication, kindness , ambition , and reassurance that he was able to transfer to me. I would like to take the time to commend Lovette Monteiro and his time he spent with me while I was purchasing my new (used) car. I had been to many car dealerships prior to visiting Pride Chevrolet. When and his time he spent with me while I was purchasing my new (used) car. I had been to many car dealerships prior to visiting Pride Chevrolet. When I came in, Lovette came up and introduced himself to me. I explained right off the bat that my credit was poor and wanted to see if your company worked with people whose credit score was not good. He told me that they would do everything they could do to get me financed. So, my credit was run and they said it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was, even though it wasn’t that good. We went outside and started looking for a car (SUV) that I may be able to afford. Lovette pointed out the Honda CRV. It was black with beige interior and a navigation system… fully loaded. I never thought I would be able to afford that car, but Lovette reassured me and told me not to worry. We took it for a test drive and I loved it. We went back to the showroom and there Lovette and his finance manager went hard to work for me. It took a while, but somehow, they managed to get the job done. There were a few glitches in the transaction, such as getting the title to Lovette, but he was patient and kept me in the loop during the entire time. When I picked up my new (used) car, it was ready to go and I LOVE IT! Lovette was wonderful, and even though I am not a Chevy girl, I would send people to Lovette if they were looking for a car. He worked for me and I know he would work for my friends. Thank you Lovette and to Pride Chevrolet for making my dreams come true! More

I went to Pride Chevrolet wondering if I'd be able to get fantastic! This is because my sales consultant Clark Olivier was outstanding from day one! I went to Pride Chevrolet wondering if I'd be able to get exactly what I was looking for at the price I was hoping for, and I was NOT disappointed! They got me exactly what I was looking for at a price that was better than I had hoped for. I lived very far from the dealership and had just had a bad experience with a previous dealership. I must say, it was refreshing to be able to walk into a dealership and have a pleasant stress-free buying experince. The staff was good to go (friendly, understanding and very helpful)! Clark went above and beyond to the very last day when picked up my vehicle. Even after the sale He seems to do more than is expected and required. I actually feel as if I've gained a friend at Pride Chevrolet because of Clark. In summary: Great Staff, Great Sales Consultant, GREAT EXPERIENCE! N. Soares More
My friends and I drove an hour to the dealership to look at a used car I wanted. They had me fill out the financing forms and took a look at my trade. The sales manager insulted me about buying my car in the first place then asked if my dad helped me buy it and if there was something wrong with him. Next we test drove their car. If you even want to call it a test drive. It lasted about four minutes and I spent more time in traffic than driving. When I asked my friends their opinion, the salesman didn't like what they had to say and began to argue with them. He then insulted them when it was just us again in the office. Then they brought out the numbers. They offered me a third of nada and blue book trade value, trying to tell me that that's all it is worth. In my head I said "if you find one of my car for that amount, let me know. I'll buy three." Anyway, they had my car keys but if I had them I would have walked away right there and then. So I went on to tell them that it wouldn't work and how another high end used car dealership offered me the actual nada trade value, the salesman literally laughed in my face and used it as a chance to insult me even further. So I asked them for my keys and walked out without looking back. In short, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I don't care if they have a lambo for 2 hundred bucks, I would never even step foot on that lot. Avoid pride Chevy at all costs and if you can't, at least avoid the salesman names Paul. He's extremely rude and arrogant. Hopefully all of pride is not as bad, but I will certainly be extremely weary to deal with them in the future. More

After paying cash for my vehicle, entirely up front I was then given the run around for about a week and a half about the title to my car not being in their possession, after they had already taken my money. then given the run around for about a week and a half about the title to my car not being in their possession, after they had already taken my money. this, it is my understanding is a fairly common occurrence at this dealership, according to a friend of mine who works with the dealership fairly often. this alone is an excusable offense I suppose, however I brought my car in for some issues I noticed shortly after purchasing the vehicle, and it was kept for an egregiously long amount of time, I believe the idea behind this action was to ride out the remaining days in my thirty day warranty, so that any further issues I have with the vehicle will not be their problem. cavalier sales staff, shifty managers, this place is bad news. More
I test dove Chevy Cruze - salesperson Martin B was on personal cell calls most of the ride and even asked me to stop to pick up his lunch. Avoid him if you go in. Sales Manager Mike F made everything right, worked a deal, Joshua in finance made the financing work and took care of insurance and registration. Another sales person, Luigi delivered car, he was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Although it started rough, everyone else went out their way to make sure everything went well. The car is great, & I would recomend Pride. More
Once the Unit price of the car was handled I was then passed onto the Finance Department. The invoice was then written up all wrong. The Unit price was wrong the Trade in value was wrong. The Store Rep confirmed the error, however, the Floor Manager said he was wrong....a contract is a contract. Buy BEWARE....factor in all numbers, tax, incentives, rebates, trade-in's....typical scam.
