A+, very happy with my 2010 silverado. I purchased my 2010 Silverado in April 2015. I ran across several problems with it and I'm pleased to say everything has been repaired. The extra cove I purchased my 2010 Silverado in April 2015. I ran across several problems with it and I'm pleased to say everything has been repaired. The extra coverage I bought has paid for itself. The service dept gets a A+ from me. I have always been treated with respect and the quality of the work performed has always been excellent! Thank you Pride. Louie Dell'Anno. More

Speaker is falling off and window doesn't roll up all the way to the rubber and I'm glad I took a closer look. Pride Chevy is sleezy and cuts corners, there is so many safety hazards on my car cause of this and they aren't doing ANYTHING TO FIX IT. DON'T GO TO PRIDE CHEVY. More
Warranty Recently bought a truck there for my husband. And we were sold on the extended warranty due to it being an expensive and new purchase we would want it Recently bought a truck there for my husband. And we were sold on the extended warranty due to it being an expensive and new purchase we would want it to be prepared for anything happening like stains and dings. One of our extended warranty covers paintless dings and dents. Unfortunately, we noticed a ding on the front bumper after leaving a parking lot. Took it to Pride Chevy, and right away the finance consultant that sold us on the extended warranty without hesitation told us to call insurance, and that it was an insurance matter. Excuse me? I’m paying a little over $100 a month for warranty that was explained that it wouldn’t be troublesome if anything arises. But it feels like I’ve been duped and is paying extra for them to brush me off and have excuses for why things can’t be fix by them. I’m beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service here AFTER buying the vehicle. DON’T BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY! OR GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!!!!!! More
New Car Lease My experience at Pride has been wonderful. Paul DiCicco, "my" salesman, is professional beyond words. I would not have what I have if not for him. Pride Chevrolet takes pride in taking advantage of customers of who are clearly in a bind and have no choice but to use them for service. Upon returning from a trip recently my vehicle would not start customers of who are clearly in a bind and have no choice but to use them for service. Upon returning from a trip recently my vehicle would not start when I attempted to leave Logan Airport. I had no choice but to have my vehicle towed to Pride Chevrolet. After several days of me calling on multiple occasions I finally learned that the truck needed the cap and rotor replaced. The quote I received was $416 for parts and labor. Upon picking up my vehicle and reviewing the invoice the total cost breakdown was $336 for labor and $74 for parts. Since then I have spoke to several mechanics and have done some research and fully realized how much Pride COMPLETELY screwed me over. The part can be found online for $30-50 and the labor could be done easily in 30 minutes or less. Pride claims that it took them THREE hours to perform the labor (at $112 per hour). In short if you are looking to be lied to and want to hand a car dealer sacks of money for terrible service then utilize Pride Chevrolet. There is nothing they like more than a vehicle with out of state plates rolling into their lot that needs to be repaired. Easy money for them. More
If I could give a negative number I would, but unfortunately it won't allow me to! I have been searching for a car for the last 2 months. I checked out some places here and there but couldn't see unfortunately it won't allow me to! I have been searching for a car for the last 2 months. I checked out some places here and there but couldn't seem to find one. I saw one this morning on AutoTrader, it was for 2012 Honda Accord LX-P. The issue was that the Pride Chevy was about 2 hours away from my house. So before I left I called the sales department. I spoke to a fellow named Sam (actually name) and asked him if the car was still available as I live far away and do not want to waste a trip. He reassured me that, it was available and that when I got there to ask for him. We hopped in the car and headed toward Lynn. We get there and are wandering around. I finally have to ask a random guy who looked like he worked there if there was a separate Honda side. I let him know that I spoke to a Sam and was asked to ask for him when I arrived. A few minutes later, Sam arrives. I introduce myself and shake his hand. He then tells me he is going to set me up with a consultant. What, wait, then what the xxxx does Sam do? Sam brings back this guy, no idea who his name is. Sam says to guy I'm going to pull the car up for her, set up her profile. We sit with the guy and he tells me that unfortunately the car was sold this morning. I tell him, I called before hand blah blah to make sure it was there, 2 hour drive... He looks up the "sold" car and starts raving about what a great steal that wasI asked him why he rave about a deal that we were driving up to see and is now gone. What purpose was that serving? He says that Sam didn't know the car was sold, the other side of the dealership sold it, blah blah. My question is why is Sam answering the phone if he can not provide correct answers. Pissed off I gather my things to leave. I'm then told that maybe the car wasn't sold and to hold on, they had to make a phone call. Meanwhile as I wait, my dad goes into an office. I walk over and see this man, slumped back in his chair telling my dad that things happen, that they have been busy all day, "see look at the list of all the cars I sold..." Pride Chevy, do I give a crap? So when it gets busy, things fall apart and people give poor customer service, don't communicate and get lazy?? The salesman in there were unprofessional, unorganized and lack communication with each other. How do you NOT know if a car was sold? I would never recommend that place to anyone. HANDS DOWN THE WORST DEALERSHIP, OUT OF THE 15 THAT I'VE BEEN TO IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS. More
I emailed this Chevy dealership inquiring about a new car. I told him I dont like games and was looking for a straight forward honest experience. The guy I corresponded with online handed me off to one o car. I told him I dont like games and was looking for a straight forward honest experience. The guy I corresponded with online handed me off to one of the sales guys working that night. I made the HUGE mistake of letting them test drive my vehicle. Don't give them your keys, I will explain later in this review. The sales guy kept lying to me in my opinion. First lie I had a problem with is him telling me the dealership would lose money on the deal if they went and found me a black Malibu since they didn't have one in stock. I didn't even negotiate hard, I simply let them match a price from another dealer. Don't tell me for one second that there's no profit there, therefore "taking a loss" finding me a black Malibu from another dealership was a total lie to my face. I also felt his pressure tactics were in full force. Telling me how my car isn't even safe enough to drive home and other BS! So after getting frustrated that I was being lied to, I finally told him I was going to think about the vehicle overnight. That's when he got insulting really. I politely asked for my car keys 3 times in 15 minutes as he continues to come back at me with the numbers reworked in a different way. At one point showing me a $400/month plan that would have ultimately ended at $39,000. That's DOUBLE what the car's selling price was. Then he suddenly MAGICALLY had a black Malibu after all; that just adds insult to injury. This dealership must think customer's are really stupid. I finally had to go into the finance guys' office to demand my keys back angrily and they acted like I had no reason to be upset even though they essentially held me hostage for 20 minutes telling me how they stayed late for me. The only reason we were there so late was because they wouldn't give me my car keys back in the first place! This place takes advantage of the kindness of people and not wanting to make a scene. The sales manager called me the following day for damage control but that's all it was. I'm allergic to all that BS so I just yessed him off the phone and some how that translated into him thinking I'd ever step foot in that dealership again. I bought a car (that I love) at another dealership with zero pressure and amazing finance rate. Note: I think the 2 names are the guys that "helped" me that night but am not 100% sure. More
I am so excited about my new purchase of a 2013 Chevy Sonic LT. I started my pursuit of a new vehicle about 3 months ago. During the process I went to 2 other dealerships to check out cars. Neither pl Sonic LT. I started my pursuit of a new vehicle about 3 months ago. During the process I went to 2 other dealerships to check out cars. Neither place made me feel at home like Pride. I knew I wanted to purchase an american made vehicles--but wasn't sure which one. I decided to narrow it down to a few cars: Chevy Malibu, Chevy Cruze, Buick Verano and a Hyundai Tucson. I went to Pride after googling a dealership that had a variety of cars, one that could work with my credit limitations and budget. Pride was just that dealership. From the moment I contacted Pride to me actually going to test drive cars, they were great. My sales peron Paul was friendly, easy to talk, very knowledgeable about the cars and really explained my individual options. I went in thinking I was going to buy a used vehicle and ended up purchasing a brand new car for the same money I planned on spending for a used one. My car was ready within days and Paul took care of it all. I am so grateful to have a sales person like Paul handle my purchase, he and the entire team at Pride was truly amazing. This acknowlegement is a "thank you" to Paul and the entire team for making my experience exceptionally. More
I went to pride Chevrolet in February looking to trade in my truck for a new pickup. At the time I was self employed and upside on my vehicle so there wasn't a lot that could be done financing wise. Paul c my truck for a new pickup. At the time I was self employed and upside on my vehicle so there wasn't a lot that could be done financing wise. Paul called me back in after 8 months certain that something could be worked out with new incentives that were being offered. I went back down and drove away in my brand new 2012 Silverado that night. James, Paul, and Joseph all bent over backwards and worked very hard to get me financed on the vehicle even though my credit is far from great. I researched pricing online as well as spoke to a few people who have bought similar vehicles through other dealership's and haven't found anyone yet who has gotten the vehicle I did, with the options I got for a similar price. All 3 of these guys made for a great experience purchasing the vehicle I wanted so very badly but didn't think I'd be able to get. I will definitely be going back to pride when I'm ready for my next truck. More
