My husband and I spent over one thousand dollars to have the brakes replaced on our Ford Crown Victoria on September 17. On August 24 we heard a strange noise and took it to NTW and they told us that the le the brakes replaced on our Ford Crown Victoria on September 17. On August 24 we heard a strange noise and took it to NTW and they told us that the left back brake pad was flapping and loose. We now have to have the rear brake work re-done. Do not go here for service. We need a new car but we definitely will not be going to Kip Killmon. Rip off to the max!!!!! More

Chris said hold on, and transferred me to someone immedialty and this person had no idea about the car that I was calling about. After some discussion, he said. Yes.. We still have the Mark VIII but knew nothing more about the car and asked to get my information. I said that was the reason I was calling was to get information and then he hung up on me. I called the main office for help, but they too were of no help at all. This is by far one of the worst impressions of a ford dealership ever in my 40 years of dealing with Car Dealers. Period !! This is the worst dealership ever in existence. I would rather buy from one of those one office dealers who uses the office parking lot than them. I bought a car from them and everything was hunky dory (th rather buy from one of those one office dealers who uses the office parking lot than them. I bought a car from them and everything was hunky dory (the only bad part about the initial buying process was the finance part was so rushed - less than 5 minutes). I waited several weeks to receive my tags and registration and they said "it will be there within a few days". A month later, no registration. I got call and it was because it had no inspection on it (apparently not legally required - and they are a "we only do the bare legal minimum" operation). So I take it in to get it inspected (in that month time, the alignment pulled so hard that it WRECKED both my tires). When it goes in, the GM of the dealership calls me and tells me they sold it to me without catalytic converters, which I would not have bought the car without! Basically. He ended charging me 75% ($600) of what should have cost me NOTHING. Bear in mind this is all within one month of buying the car! When I asked him "why should I not go to the BBB about how you guys operate" he said "if you threaten me - I'll make you pay your whole bill". they suck. never. EVER. EVER. EVER buy a car here. If you find a good deal - I assure you it IS too good to be true, and NOT worth it! More
Scott was very friendly and helpful. He told me the service would take about an hour and in a little less than an hour he called to say the car was ready. When I picked up the car he told me I had adv service would take about an hour and in a little less than an hour he called to say the car was ready. When I picked up the car he told me I had advantage points that covered the cost of the service. What more could you ask for? More
After many emails about trying to purchase 1 of 7 vehicles, I sent an email and called the General Manager and he said his staff would call me so I could purchase. A week later I get still no respons vehicles, I sent an email and called the General Manager and he said his staff would call me so I could purchase. A week later I get still no response. I send another email to the GM and I never gotten a response. I visited the dealership prior and they have a hidden lot (across the street)where the vehicles I wanted to preview. The inventory is sloppy, vehicles are not detailed/cleaned and mostly over priced. However, the worst is the CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not waste your time! More

My Lincoln MKX broke down on I-66 in Virginia near the beltway turn of so I was towed to the nearest Ford/Lincoln dealer. I spoke to Victor on the way to the dealership and he was extremely helpful and v beltway turn of so I was towed to the nearest Ford/Lincoln dealer. I spoke to Victor on the way to the dealership and he was extremely helpful and very informative. He personally took me to the Rental/Loaner department (Bill) who again was extremely friendly and helpful. They both worked to get me into a loaner and on the way home quickly. When I arrived home and looked them up on this website I was very worried about the service i would get from them. However I noticed that all the negative reviews were for the sales department. The next morning I received a call from Victor explaining in depth what was wrong with the car and what they would be doing about it. He also explained that all of my problems including the rental were covered by the warranty and that the mechanic had suggested some other servicing to the car. As I was very near the next servicing anyway it didn't make sense to say no. All the work was carried out to a high degree and I was very pleased with the help I received from this dealership. I received an email detailing the work to be carried out under the warranty and also what I would be paying for. I also received another email detailing what HAD been done on the car. The estimate was $8.00 over the cost that I eventually paid. Having not come into contact with the sales department I cannot say anything about them however the help and customer service I received from the Servicing Department was of the higher order and I can recommend them to anyone Malcolm More
This dealership sold me a dangerously unsafe vehicle. I could not get a title issued due to the car won't pass an emissions inspection. A competent mechanic saw right away the car had been in a previous a could not get a title issued due to the car won't pass an emissions inspection. A competent mechanic saw right away the car had been in a previous accident and extensive work is needed "under the hood" before it can pass inspection.
