This weekend we purchased a Ford Edge through the internet department and could not be happier. The sales team, Raegan, Nena, and J. Underwood, were a blast to work with. I have brought my truck in for Warrantee repair service now several times because it is the most convenient to my work location. The first time was because my A/C was not working correctly. I have to bring it by several times as it would act up and then be fine and if it was not having the problem at the time I brought it by then it was not even looked at. When they did repair it they ended up dining the medal trim around all of the dash which they did order after I showed them the damage and replaced half. They have yet to replace the rest which supposedly is waiting for the manager to sign off on. This past week I heard a noise that was coming from the vehicle so I made an appointment to bring it in on Friday. They had a mechanic take a drive with me whom heard the noise and located roughly where it was coming from, I left the vehicle to be fixed. I called at 2:30p and they said in one breath that when they put it on the lift the noise went away and weren't able to find it again. And then changed there story to say that if they took the rear end apart and had to order a part that they wouldn't be able to get the part until Monday so they didn't touch it knowing that they would have to put it back together again so I could have it for the weekend. He said he forgot to call me to inform me. I could have found other transportation in the meantime if that was the case. I just wanted it fixed. More

I didn't know the exact car I was looking for but I knew I wanted it to be commuter friendly. Raegan was able to get me an appointment same day, Baxter showed me a great selection and Nena was very eff knew I wanted it to be commuter friendly. I couldn't ask for more, and this is the service that I receive every time I go back. I would like to say that Martin and Victor, whom I have had as service advisors previously, are also wonderful to work with - they put the customer first at Kip Killman's and that is why I choose to drive all the way from Maryland to have my car serviced there. The staff at Kip Killman Ford is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The service department does good work and the duration of the service is ideal. I went in for an oil change and it took about 45minutes and helpful. The service department does good work and the duration of the service is ideal. Date: July 2013: This was simply the best car purchasing experience that I have ever had. I had a good idea of the vehicle that I wanted a Ford F350 Diesel engine. The sale team (Raegon Hairston and Baxter Elam were great answering questions, arranging test drives with good knowledge of their product. I didn't feel pressured to make a quick decision and their were none of the usual sale tricks to create urgency. After I decided to buy a vehicle I worked with Nina Gardner in the finance department. She was extremely competent and efficient. out the finance forms over my lunch break and came in the next morning at 9:00. By 9:15 all the paper work was done. Jerry Seaton the diesel service manager went over the entire vehicle with me and told me what to expect from a service stand point. The truck was totally prepped and ready to go with a full tank of diesel. Great team effort! More
