Deceptive advertising. Bought a vehicle from the dealership. Although the vehicle was sold as is, I was given the impression that it would pass inspection. It did not. Most unfriendly and arrogant staff. They make you feel like they are doing you a BIG favor by taking your vehicle in for service/Repairs. This one 'Walter' I dealt with would not take his eyes off his com like they are doing you a BIG favor by taking your vehicle in for service/Repairs. This one 'Walter' I dealt with would not take his eyes off his computer. You would think he was busy designing the next space shuttle! At the end of the I was ready to pick up his computer screen and drop it on his head!! More

I took my '67 Mustang in for service. I drove from Arlington because according their website they had Saturday service. All I was having them do was fix an exhaust leak. <br><br>When I went to go pick up the car they had lost the keys and their guy behind the customer service counter denied they had a car "like that here." So after about 30 minutes of searching around they were able to located my (only) set of keys. More
