Brought my car in Monday morning before work for a trade in. I was met with awesome service by Heather Reese and Kermit Tyler. The whole transaction was fast and easy. I entered Kip Killmon's Tysons Ford after a disappointing car search at a nearby dealer. Upon my arrival I was warmly greeted by dealer Raegan Hooker- Hairston. Raegan did not approach me like disappointing car search at a nearby dealer. Upon my arrival I was warmly greeted by dealer Raegan Hooker- Hairston. Raegan did not approach me like a typical car salesman. He listened to my needs carefully and respectfully added his knowledge in the car buying process. Raegan presented me with a 2014 Ford Focus. Initially, I was hesitant because I thought I could only afford a used car. However, Killmon's excellent finance manager, Heather Reese was very thorough in financing my vehicle. She explained all of my options and looked out for my best interest. The entire process lasted beyond their business hours; however the entire Killmon team was very patient as I made this major milestone in my life. Buying a car can be a stressful ordeal. Buying your first car can multiply that stress by 10. But the staff at Killmon’s Tysons Ford welcome makes the process much easier! More
I called the service center a Tuesday requesting to drop off my care on Friday Evening for service on Saturday. I spoke with Steve and he said that would be fine. I dropped the car off at 5:45 p.m. and th off my care on Friday Evening for service on Saturday. I spoke with Steve and he said that would be fine. I dropped the car off at 5:45 p.m. and the car was ready before 7:00 p.m. It was great that I didn't have to come back on Saturday or do without my car for a long period of time. I use them for all of my car needs and they do great work and I find them to be very reasonable in cost. Thank you. More

I normally deal with Jerry who has always taken great care of me. However, for this visit I worked with Martin for the first time. He and tech Tom took the time to listen and address my issues ... and NE care of me. However, for this visit I worked with Martin for the first time. I had a slow leak in one of my rear tires. At first I thought the tire was losing pressure due to the change to cold weather. It continued to leak after I filled it. I appreciate Kip Killmon Tysons Ford taking the vehicle in on short notice and getting it fixed within an hour while I waited. It turned out that it had been punctured through the tread. Great service. But...left off the cap to the air stem. I needed the car that night. One more comment: I do not like the idea of subscribing to yet another account so that I can write a review. I thought this was from the Ford dealer. More
I've had some problems with my transmission on my Ford Focus and the team at the dealership did a great job in both fixing my car and dealing with the whole process. It was a very complex job where transmission had to be replaced and car was for many days in service. But the team at the dealership and Bill Lyon in particular were great in managing the process at this critical time of the year. I cannot be happier with the performance of the car after it was fixed. Not to mention the friendliness and patience of Bill & Team! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service at the dealership from all standpoints: technical competence and customer service. More
