Hello Sectric! We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback but please be honest. When you purchased the vehicle, we gave you discount and a free powertrain warranty. You declined the service contract that was offered to you, you chose to buy as is. Although, the free powertrain warranty we gave you is covering the water pump but they can’t do anything about the thermostat. We did everything as you requested when you bought the vehicle. If you would like us to work out an alternative solution, please feel free to reach back out to us. Thank you!

U ARE RIGHT WATER PUMP WAS UNDER WARRANTY I ALSO HAD TO OAY 200 FOR OUT MY POCKET NOT TO MENTION ME HAVING TI OAT OUT THE POCKET FOR THERMOSTAT AND THE CAR STILL NEEDS MOTOR MOUNTS SMH THUS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!! WILL PRIDE AUTO PICK UP THE COST OF THE MOTOR MOUNTS THAT WOULD BE APPRECIATED AFTER THE CAR HAD SO MANY ISSUES!! WILL U MAKE THIS RIGHT AND PAY FOR REPAIRS!!
