Horrible service...run fast! Purchased a truck right out the gate it had issues.. Still has a tranny leak and steering pump leak that didnt start until after we got the truck back. Charged me $3500 for an extended warranty that didnt cover anything. I cancelled it in early Dec 2015 and still havent received the money. Tried calling for an update and they dont know what time the lady comes in who handles the extended warranties..bunch of xxxxx! More

Stay away Went to these guys looking for a truck and found the one I wanted. First they tried to tell me somthing was wrong with my trade in. After we settled on a price and did all the paperwork I left with the truck 10 min after I left I parked while I went into the store came out and the batteries were dead. I called them and they tried to blame it on me saying I must be doing Something wrong. The next day I drop the truck off and all the do is charge the batteries and give it back to me. After sitting for two days after I got it back the batteries were dead again. I had to pay for a tow truck and then they made me pay to put two new batteries in the truck after only having it for five days, three of which it sat in their shop. Six months the later I try to trade the truck in to find out they sold me a truck with a rolled odometer. now eight months later I need to put a new water pump in the truck. Stay away from these people. More

Horrible buy not reliable I needed a vehicle fast which they were really helpful with. I purchased a truck from this dealership and within a month radiator went bad,within thre I needed a vehicle fast which they were really helpful with. During my test drive, I noticed an obvious shake. I still wanted the SUV as long as they fixed the shake. I notified Kasey immediately before the loan was even printed. She said no problem. My lights would almost turn completely off, but pop back on again. Pablo said no problem we'll take care of it. As of today I brought my vehicle in for the fifth or sixth time, I lost track. The vehicle still shakes from a higher speed instead of a lower speed, and they told me that they believe the short is from my alternator going bad and that they will not take care of it because it's already cost them too much just to diagnose the issues. Long story short. Their word is not sacred, and they made empty promises. Mind you, I am going on two months owning this vehicle. Everyone was great and friendly, but I guess I want to know how they do it? They Screwed me over with a smile on their face? Oh but they spent tons of money diagnosing the issue, that's right. Lol More

These guys are Awesome!!!!! I needed a vehicle and fast. I'm a single parent and on a strict budget. I only had a low down payment and my credit is HORRIBLE. I called around to other places like Cactus Jack's and was just laughed at. I was told that I was lucky to get anything. I was starting to feel hopeless. My co-worker told me about how her and her husband just got their truck from Priced Right. She explained how they were able to get them in a great running truck at a reasonable price. So I looked them up and scanned their inventory. I saw a vehicle that interested in and applied on line. With in 30mins I received a call from Tom. I explained my situation and Tom stated that he needs to see what he is able to do. A day later I received a call from Tom who stated that he got me approved and I needed to come down and look at the vehicles in stock. So I headed down to see what was in store. Don't get me wrong people I was nervous that I was going to see something that reflected what my credit was. I was also hesitant that me being a girl and not ever doing this I was going to be taken advantage of. So I went with my best friend (also a girl) , who has more business experience than me. When I pulled up I saw not your so average car dealership, then started thinking what I was getting myself into. Then I thought to my self the worst thing that can come out of this is that I leave empty handed.. People don't judge this place my its cover!!!! I meet Tom who went around and showed me a few cars that I was approved for. I personally was looking for something a little bigger. Tom then showed me a Kia Sedona minni van. This was to good to be true , there had to be a catch, the outside was in great condition. So the interior had to be pretty worn right, WRONG!!!! It was in mint condition, runs great, plenty of room for me and my kids, and I loved it! So off we went to run some numbers, this is were I thought my journey was going to end sadly, surprised again... I was approved with a low monthly payment, low down payment, and they took my car as a trade in. I'm completely amazed with the great FRIENDLY service that was demonstrated, even the GM Pablo was great. I have experienced a company that truly stands by what they say. I was told if there is anything that I notice to let them know. On the way home I advised there were a few things that I would like them to look over. Pablo promised me that I can bring my vehicle when his mechanic has a time. And to his word he stood by. People this is the place to go to! If your looking for a great salesman ask for TOM or PABLO. They will treat u right !!!!! More

I was told I needed to pay for a tow and I was "stuck with the truck" I HAVE OWNED THIS TRUCK FOR EXACTLY 24 HOURS!! 1/10/13 Now their bank (Westlake Financial) has cancelled the loan, no explanation why but the dealership still refuses to take this vehicle back. I have been working directly with the manager, his name is Pablo. He has ZERO interest in making this right and is taking every step possible to make sure I keep this vehicle. I will report back as this situation develops. If anybody else has a problem with this company I encourage them to contact me.
