After waiting for 4 hours to get through all the paper work, we were sold a Jeep that we were told was getting a new rear differential and struts. A week later we brought it back in to have this work done work, we were sold a Jeep that we were told was getting a new rear differential and struts. A week later we brought it back in to have this work done. Waited a week with no communication from the dealership we didn't initiate (didn't even call back when they told us they would). The communication was entirely non existent throughout our entire interaction with every person in this dealership. Upon receiving the vehicle back the odometer was blinking. Within a week of driving on the supposedly new differential I noticed a vibration when turning the wheel. So we called Priced Right and verified what work they claimed to do and told them the issues we were having, odometer, vibration, and squeaky brakes. We were told it would be $100 per diagnosis, so $300 total just to get it looked at for issues they said they already fixed or that were a byproduct of the work they did. I highly recommend looking somewhere else for a vehicle unless you like to throw away your money. The people at this dealership are unprofessional and disorganized. More

CAUTION!!! Verify Everything and get everything that you discuss In Writing!! I was told that the car I bought was checked for Brakes, Oil, Tires CAUTION!!! Verify Everything and get everything that you discuss In Writing!! I was told that the car I bought was checked for Brakes, Oil, Tires, Fluid Leaks and all this information to sent to me in a Video from one of the Salesmen (Ryder)....as this was a car for my daughter and I needed to verify that it was Safe and Reliable for her. We get home and find that the brakes were metal on metal and the oil was BLACK. I call and talk to a separate Salesman who was also selling this car to another person previous to me, only to find from him that this specific vehicle was being sold, not only As Is (this I fully understood) but also being sold without any inspections. This was never conveyed to me nor is it in any of the documents that we signed. I spent nearly an additional $1000.00 on this vehicle making repairs that I was told were already done or not needed. The owner, Holly, finally took a call from me and offered to reimburse me for the Brake Materials and give me a free Oil Change the next time that I need one. I just spent $100.00 on an Oil Change that will last for the next 5,000 miles. Also, I have no intentions of driving over 100 miles just for an oil change at their facility. So, rather than just reimbursing me for the oil change that I just got done, I get nothing. I spent $470.81 on Brake Parts ALONE...….I was sent a check for $265.00...…..That's just another slap in the face. If they truly have Mechanics that performed a Safety Check on my vehicle....They should NOT be working at this or any dealership! ***GET EVERYTHING IN WRITTING!!!!!!!*** More

Went in to look at a car that wasn't even ready for sale yet, that they bought at auction. They said it'll I put a deposit down they would put a rush on getting it thru quickly, guess what? Excellent experience dealing with Brandon, Austin and Spencer. My new truck needed brakes and the emergency brake system replaced. Priced Right took care of it at no cost to me once the parts came in a Spencer. My new truck needed brakes and the emergency brake system replaced. Don't buy anything off this lot without having your own mechanic check it out... buyer beware with this lot. They will tell you that their mechanics checked out the Vehicle trying to convince you that they mechanic check it out... buyer beware with this lot.
